The space
You will fall in love with this charming loft: it is a stylish, sunny place with everything you need and all the comforts for an unforgettable stay in wonderful Venice. It was completely remodelled recently, tastefully refurbished with great attention to detail, and finished to a very high standard.
It's on the top floor, on a side lane set back from the main street, so it is very quiet, but at the same time very close to all the amenities and both Art and Architecture BIENNALE'S Headquarters (ARSENALE & GIARDINI).
Great restaurants and pizzerias, wine bars, cafes, bakeries, shops, a supermarket, and an ice cream parlour nearby on the vibrant via Garibaldi: all you need is right on your doorstep!

→ Check-In is from 3 PM to 8 PM. Let me know in advance your plans and we will try to accommodate you as soon as possible. If you plan to arrive later than 8 PM, please do get in touch with me.
→ CHECK-OUT is 11 AM: if you plan to leave late in the evening, let me know in advance and we will keep your luggage (or offer a late check-out if possible).
→ Venice TOURIST TAX is 4,00 € per day per person (for max 5 days), to pay cash on arrival.
