Peace and quiet

Lodge made of demolition wood and decorated with antiques and with a beautiful view of the countryside and the city (Ibiúna), within a productive property (cheeses). It has an asphalt tennis court, close to the Wine Route (10 minutes) and the city of Ibiúna (5 minutes) and next to an Atlantic Forest reserve. A 1-burner induction stove and a sink were recently installed, now the kitchen is more complete! On the same property are the Green Cottage and the Chinese Cabin.

The space
Here, nothing beats the comment of a guest: "If you, like me, live in a large metropolis and need to decompress to relieve intense work, relieve a year of pandemic that imprisoned you in your own home....this may be the ideal place for that. An hour from SP by car, this retreat was very well designed for rest and peace. The cottage has all the basics, but with touches of differentiated sophistication. The roof is made of zipped metal tiles, which insulate against heat and cold and allow excellent sealing against insects. The wooden structure is made with precise fittings... the Hydraulics are almost all apparent European style, but everything works very well. The decor has touches of retro and modernity, with an enviable and cool library. I was surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the bed and bath linens. The caretakers are discreet and attentive, to the extent that the guard needs. Be sure to buy a locally produced half-cured cheese. The highlight is the sunset that filters through the wooden shutters. A place to live a unique experience !!! "

Guest access
Guests can use the tennis court and can also shoot baskets; there is a basketball hoop on the tennis court.
The property also has a lake on the border where fishing is allowed. There are mainly Tilapia, Traira and Lambari fish.

Other things to note
Check-in is at 2 p.m. and check-out is at 12 p.m. If there are no guests the day before, check-in can be done at 1 p.m.
Never arrive after 10 p.m., my caretakers go to bed early to milk the cows.
