Each room is decorated in a combination of traditional Italian style and modern comfort.
WATERFALL SUITE
Large and spacious, it has a comfortable double bed and a folding sofa. Equipped with a lit gamer's corner that will drive kids crazy, it can also be used as a workstation. A 42-inch TV with free access to Netfilx, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube is available exclusively in the room. Various special furnishing elements will create a cozy and at the same time original atmosphere. Outside the suite, there is a terrace with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy summer evenings overlooking the city and mountains.
The theme of "waterfalls" is a reminder of well-being and harmony. So in the Waterfall Suite everything will seem like a romantic return to nature, freedom, tranquility.
It is ideal for a getaway from the city in a comfortable and pleasant environment.
FOREST ROOM
Very cozy and bright, with a double bed, a workplace with a desk, a special lamp and various electrical and USB sockets. An original beauty corner with a backlit mirror for self-care. Organized storage areas for shoes, clothes and suitcases. There is also a heated stand for ironing clothes.
The forest theme will make you dream in an intimate and romantic setting and recharge with new positive energies. You will leave feeling energized.
ENTRANCE
As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a youthful and colorful atmosphere. You can relax on the sofa and you will notice how the images of Trieste will flow on TV with a guide created for you. All TVs in the house have free Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube. The fiber optic Wi-Fi connection will allow you to optimally use the network throughout the house.
In this environment, you will find a variety of board games to have fun with your family or friends.
And don't forget to leave a memory of yourself on the guest board!
COFFEE Twin ROOM
Trieste is a coffee city, home to the world-famous Caffè Illy, as well as small roasting companies such as Torrefazione San Giusto. That's why we have allocated a special room for the cafe. It is also decorated, like the whole apartment, in an artistic manner with references to coffee, where, however, you can taste coffee of different types and tastes. At your disposal is a coffee corner with a capsule machine and various types of locally produced coffee, as well as inviting homemade side dishes provided free of charge. Here we will also provide guests with the opportunity to buy packaged coffee and take part in organized tours to discover roasting plants at various stages of coffee preparation.
The room consists of two single beds, which can be combined into one double bed if necessary. Organized clothing spaces and a 26-inch TV with access to Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, You Tube.
KITCHEN
The kitchen-dining room is super-equipped with an oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee maker. Free coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar will be available to guests.
Each kitchen set is decorated by hand. Take a moment to read the various creative writings about the environment and free your mind to fully enjoy what this place conveys to you.
You can go out to the kitchen balcony overlooking the courtyard, and an ashtray will be left on the smoking table.
BATHROOM
The bathroom resembles the sea, from a fishing net to shells scattered around the environment. You will have access to a shower cabin with soap, shower gel and hairdryer.
In the room before the bathroom, also in a marine style, you will find a beautiful hanger from a real sailboat ladder, a full-length mirror, an iron with a board and the necessary things in case of unforeseen circumstances (first aid kit, useful numbers and a fire extinguisher), as well as a number of pleasant references to marine life.

Whether you're in Trieste just for a weekend or a week of sightseeing, Lodge & Art is the perfect place to call home. The low price of the apartment makes it ideal for families, groups of friends, solo travelers, or couples.
Our apartments are a unique combination of art and modernity. Recycling and recycled materials are creatively combined to make the accommodation exclusive.
Guests will be able to immerse themselves in local art during their stay, as each room is unique. Throughout the lodge you can contemplate the works of local artists.
WHAT WE OFFER
In addition to towels of different sizes, guests will be offered a welcome set, complimentary snacks and water offered by the house, sheets, blankets or quilts, and everything you need to make your stay perfect.
We will provide a cot and special games for small children.
Animals are also welcome, we will provide your four-legged friend with a corner with a bowl and a gift just for them.
Special packages for events (anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, etc.) can be arranged upon request.

SLEEP IN AN ART GALLERY
Lodge & Art is particularly interested in local art and nature in many of its manifestations.
In the living quarters, you can admire a series of works by local artists that are constantly updated to promote non-profit associations in the area in support of Kras's cultural and natural resources.
We believe that the dissemination of local art is an additional and important value that allows guests to experience a more intense and collaborative atmosphere that they would otherwise not have the opportunity to learn.
