The space
Functionally furnished for travelers from all over the world. The apartment itself is a model of creativity, full of Italian style and taste.
UNIQUE ACCOMMODATIONS
Each room is decorated with a mix of traditional Italian style and contemporary comfort.
WATERFALL SUITE
Large and spacious, it has a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. Equipped with an illuminated "Gamer Corner" that will make kids go crazy, it can also be used as a workstation. A 42 “TV with free access to Netfilx, Amazon Prime Video and You Tube is available exclusively to the room. Various particular furnishing elements will make you experience an intimate and original atmosphere at the same time. Outside the Suite, a terrace equipped with a table and chairs awaits you to enjoy your summer evenings with a view of the city and the mountains.
The "waterfalls" theme recalls well-being and harmony. So in the Waterfall Suite everything will seem like a romantic return to nature, freedom, tranquility.
It will be ideal for giving yourself a relaxing break from a city holiday in a comfortable and satisfying environment.
COFFEE TWIN ROOM
Trieste is the city of coffee, home to the world-famous Caffè Illy, but also to smaller roasting companies, such as Torrefazione San Giusto. This is why we have dedicated a special room to the Café. Also decorated, like the whole apartment, in an artistic way with references to coffee, where, however, you can taste coffee of various types and tastes. At your disposal is a Coffee Corner with a capsule machine and various types of local coffee, as well as inviting do-it-yourself garnishes, provided free of charge. Here too we will give guests the opportunity to buy packs of coffee from the area and to participate in organized tours to discover the roasteries in the various stages of coffee preparation.
The room consists of two single beds which, if necessary, can be joined to form a single double bed. Organized spaces for clothes and 26” TV with access to Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, You Tube.
FOREST ROOM
Very welcoming and bright, with double bed, work space with desk, dedicated lamp and various electrical and USB sockets. An original beauty corner with illuminated mirror to take care of yourself. Organized spaces for storing shoes, clothing and suitcases. There is also a heated valet stand for ironing clothes.
The "forest" theme will make you dream in an intimate and romantic setting and vibrate with new positive energies. You will come out recharged.
THE ENTRANCE
As soon as you enter, a youthful and colorful environment will welcome you. You can relax on the sofa and you will notice how the images of Trieste will flow on the TV with the guide created for you. On all the TVs in the house you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube for free. The fiber Wi-Fi connection will allow you to enjoy the network optimally throughout the home.
In this environment you will find various board games to have fun with family or friends.
And don't forget to leave a memory of yours written on the wall blackboard dedicated to guests!
KITCHEN
The eat-in kitchen is super-equipped, with oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine. At guests' disposal will be left free coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar.
Each kitchen unit is hand decorated. Take a moment to read the various creative writings of the environment and free your mind to fully savor what the place transmits to you.
You can go out onto the kitchen balcony overlooking the internal courtyard and an ashtray will be left on the outside table for smokers.
THE BATHROOM
The bathroom recalls the sea, from the fishermen's net to the shells scattered around the environment. At your disposal there will be a shower cabin with soap, shower gel and hairdryer.
In the room preceding the bathroom, also in marine style, you will find a nice coat hanger made from a real ladder of a sailboat, a full-length mirror, an iron with board and the necessary for emergencies (kit first aid, useful numbers and fire extinguisher), as well as a series of nice references to seafaring life.

Guest access
Whether you are in Trieste just for a weekend or for a week of sightseeing, Lodge & Art is the perfect place to call "home". The low price of the apartment makes it perfect for families, groups of friends, single travelers or couples.
Our particular accommodations represent a unique combination of art and modernity. Recycling and recycled materials are combined in a creative way to make the accommodation exclusive.
Guests during their stay will be able to immerse themselves in local art as each room is different. Throughout the Lodge you will be able to contemplate works by local artists.
WHAT WE OFFER
In addition to towels of various sizes, guests will be offered a Welcome Kit, free snacks and water offered by the house, sheets, blankets or duvets and everything needed to make your stay perfect.
For small children we will provide a cot and dedicated games.
Animals are also welcome, we will let your 4-legged friend find a corner with a bowl and a gift just for them.
On request, special packages can be organized for events (anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, etc.).

SLEEPING IN AN ART GALLERY
Lodge & Art is particularly interested in local art and nature in its many forms.
In the lodgings you can admire a series of works by local artists that are constantly updated, in order to promote Non-Profit Associations in the area in support of the cultural and natural resources of the Karst.
We believe that the dissemination of local art is an added and important value to make guests experience that more intense and participatory atmosphere that otherwise they would not have the opportunity to know.
