The calm, the charm of an authentic village and immediate access to one of the largest ski areas in the Alps: the Alp D'Huez. With 300 days of sunshine per year, facing south, it's the perfect resort!

Located in a small residence full of charm, the apartment with south-facing balcony is comfortable and fully renovated. The view from the balcony is just amazing!

The space
The accommodation is located on the second floor of a small quiet residence, not overlooked, in the middle of the Alpages and about a hundred meters from the access to the ski slopes. The entire residence has been renovated this year and the accommodation is being refurbished. It is modular and very pleasant to live in.

You will find:

- A south-facing balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains! Long chairs are available to enjoy the scenery and sunshine.

- a convenient entrance with mountain corner equipped with two bunk beds, with recent quality bedding. Numerous storage and available, a shoe dryer and a glove dryer.

- Bathroom with bathtub, towel dryer, basin and storage cabinet.

- A fully equipped, functional and modern kitchen: induction plate, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer box. You will also have plenty of storage.

- A living space with modern and comfortable sofa, a table for 4 to 6 people, a large 42 inch HD flat screen swivel TV.

- A bed, a real;-) very convenient and comfortable retractable that stays vertically in its cabinet in 5 seconds. The bedding is quality and new. this space is lit and decorated with storage.



- A ski locker on the ground floor.
