A lovely detached bungalow, in a prime position 10 minute walk to Llanbedrog beach. Situated on Glyn Y Mor in Llanbedrog and overlooks private woodland. Beach café/restaurant, local pubs and shops are all close walking distance.

The space
Our bungalow is a lovely comfortable holiday home in a great location in Llanbedrog. Enjoy our lawned garden with views into the private woodland originally part of the Tremfan estate. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, beach café/restaurant, gift shop, family pub, local shop and pharmacy.

Guests have private use of the whole house.

Bed linen is provided, guests to bring all their own beach towels.
Accommodation door at the rear of the property, with 6 steps and a handrail. Keysafe is located by the rear door. Lounge which is light and bright, with a large window to the front looking out over the lawned area towards the Llanbedrog Headland.

Large, spacious, and airy 21 foot lounge/dinning room with 3 seater & 2 seater comfortable sofas, free standing flat screen Samsung TV with freeview, 2 small side tables & lamp, and radiators. Dining table and chairs. Large 3 meter windows at both ends of the room allow natural light to flow through.
Kitchen
Separate fridge & freezer units, electric oven with grill, electric hob with extractor hood above, microwave, dishwasher, sink and drainer with mixer tap, washing machine. 2 windows to the rear, ceiling spot lights and a range of fitted cupboards with plenty of storage and worktop area. Lawned area to the rear, with steps down to the paved area and lawn.

King size bed, bedside tables, table lamps, and large built in wardrobes with drawers & cupboards above. Large window to the rear, radiator. Hairdryer
