Welcome to our beach house — a home with an absolutely fantastic location right on the beachfront. The sea is just a few steps away, with no road in between to disturb the peaceful setting. On the other side of the house, you’ll find a generous 22-meter saltwater swimming pool, along with a separate and spacious children’s pool. Around the pool area there are plenty of sun loungers, two outdoor showers, and a well-equipped gym for those who wish to stay active even while on holiday.

The house offers three large and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower and toilet. Two of the bedrooms feature spacious balconies overlooking the ocean — perfect spots for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing with a good book. The third bedroom faces the mountains of Burma and the charming fishing village with its boats, providing a peaceful and scenic view. All bedrooms are equipped with both air conditioning and ceiling fans for maximum comfort.

At the top of the house, there is a furnished rooftop terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding nature — a wonderful place to unwind at sunset.

On the main floor, the kitchen and living room are designed in an open-plan layout, creating a bright and welcoming social space. There is plenty of seating both at the dining table and in the comfortable lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, convection oven, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, and everything else you need to cook just like at home. The living room also features a large Smart TV.

On the lower entrance level, you’ll find a guest toilet as well as a practical laundry room with both a washing machine and dryer.

The ground-floor terrace faces directly towards the sea and features the house’s private jacuzzi, a dining table for six people, a comfortable seating area, and sun loungers with umbrellas. The beach and ocean are literally right outside your door.

We recommend renting a scooter or moped to get around. The area has quiet roads and light traffic, making it easy and safe. Bicycles are also available, and distances in the village are short.

Neighborhood highlights

This area of Thailand is very beautiful. Close to interesting nationalparks, views over the mountains in Burma. And many small delicious family restaurants with good prices just around the corner. Many of them right on the beach. Friendly people make good spirits in the village. As a tourist you always feel welcome. The traffic in the village are safe and slow. Which make it interesting to make small trips in the neighborhood and explore by yourself. Closeby you find restaurants right on the beach, tempels, small shops for daily use. I would reccomend a trip to thap sake 18 km from the house. Rent a motorbike or a bicycle and make a day tour. In Prachuap, you find many restaurants and the Nam Took National Park close by is definitely worth a visit. If you want some more ideas how to spend you vacation we are happy to help you out. And dont forget the many km long beautiful beach and the ocean right outside the door.
