For those staying for less than a month, only the pool is accessible via pool voucher amounting to P150 per use and 300 per use on holidays. Guest are to purchase the pool vouchers via the Condo Admin Office and Level P5.

VALID IDS NEEDED AHEAD OF CHECK IN:
Just a friendly reminder that as part of our property check in requirements, we kindly ask all guests to send a copy of their valid ID or passport ahead of their arrival that we will attach to your guest form. This helps us expedite the check-in process and ensure a smooth experience for everyone. If you haven't already, please send your documents at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your cooperation!
ELECTRICITY USAGE:
Electricity average monthly usage is P3000. Guest will cover the top-up of electricity that exceeds the P3000 Meralco top up allocation.
We try to accommodate reasonable timing request outside our normal check in and check out time.
