Where you’ll be

Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland

Your neighborhood.
The tenement house, although located on the border of Śródmieście and Mokotów, is surrounded by greenery of the Łazienkowski Park and the Mokotów Field. In the same building as the apartment there is an atmospheric family café, promoting young Polish art, you can look for coffee, cake, breakfast or lunch, and at the same time watch the works of artists. On the ground floor of the building there is the TR Warszawa theatre presenting avant-garde art, staging experimental performances, many of which have been awarded. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, grocery stores, there are many restaurants, bars, clubs, theaters, cafes, banks, gyms and service points in the area. It is a good place for both a romantic dinner in nearby restaurants and a dream place for shopping in the newly established Plac Unii shopping mall. In the area of the southern city center and northern Mokotów, there are most embassies of countries around the world, government buildings, ministries, consulates are located nearby, and the office for foreigners is located opposite the tenement house.
What we recommend in the vicinity:
- stroll along Emil Zola Street, Jan Christian Szuch Street to the Botanical Garden and then along Agrykola Street (gas lanterns) to the Royal Łazienki Park - beautiful greenery
- walk through Plac Unii, along Bagatela Street to the Belvedere Palace and to the Fryderyk Chopin monument in the Royal Łazienki Park.
- a walk along Boya Street to Pole Mokotowskie, up to Żwirki i Wigury Street (a meeting place for students, a paradise for cyclists and skaters, acrobatic shows)
- shopping in the Shopping Centre Plac Unii, and in many small shops on Marszałkowska and Puławska streets
- architecture worth seeing: the modernist buildings of Old Mokotów , the Palace on the Water in the Royal Łazienki, the Church of the Holy Saviour together with the Saviour's Square, the Art Nouveau and modernist buildings of the southern city centre
See you soon! :)

Hi. I have been a host since June 2019. Thanks to my adventure with airbnb, I have fallen in love with the city where I have lived since birth even more. Previously, Warsaw seemed huge, crowded and too fast, and only parks and green areas were attractive to me. Now I can recommend you many cool, interesting places in Warsaw. Most of them you won't find in travel guides.
