Little Rosslyn is a lovely detached self-catering studio which sits in the grounds of our family home in the centre of the village of Stanley, Perthshire, gateway to the Scottish Highlands.
The studio has been recently renovated and sits back from the road on a quiet street and within walking distance of local amenities. There are lots of walks from the property where you can explore our lovely village and local area or why not hike up one of Perthshire's many Munros.

Stanley is a village on the right bank of the River Tay in Perthshire, Scotland. The section of River Tay nearby is a popular location for canoeing and fishing. The village of Stanley was created to house the workers of the Cotton Mill which is now a Historic Scotland Visitor Experience.

The studio is located in the village and within a very short walking distance of 3 eating establishments, a pub and various shops. Active Kids Adventure Park and Cafe is within a 10 minute walk.
The village is only 7 Miles from the City of Perth with good transport links and is an ideal base for visiting Highland Perthshire and the cities of Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness and Aberdeen.
