Guest access
The entire 12 x 18 foot mini house is all yours while you stay. Your area outside is very spacious and peaceful. You also have access to a trail for hiking, horseback, and mountain bike riding on 640 acres of state land that borders our 6.7-acre farm. Please let us know, and we can show you where the trail starts. Bring your horses, park your trailer, and go for a ride or let them rest for the night.
Other things to note
All pets must be pre-approved before renting, no expectations! Pets are not allowed to stay alone while you are away. We offer pet sitting for an additional fee.
The toilet in the bathroom is a Separett Villa Composting Toilet. A video will be sent to you on how to use it. it's not difficult or gross. You will not be responsible for maintaining it.
