In Hebrew, the name Noah is written as נֹחַ (Nōaḥ), which means "rest" or "comfort". So I thought of naming my place, "Little NOAH" as I would like to share my "Little" home to travellers and tourists seeking for a simple and quiet place for a quick pitstop or staycation.
It's 24sqm condo unit with balcony located at Shore 2 Residences Tower 3 in Pasay City, Manila.
Fully furnished unit with queen-size bed and a sofa bed all good for maximum of 4 guests.

The space
Location/Proximity:
• 14th flr of Shore 2 Residences, Tower 3, Seaside Blvd. corner Pea Rd. 1, Pasay City, 1709.
• 15-18 minutes’ drive to Manila International and Domestic airports.
• Near to North and Southbound Public Transport like train stations (MRT/LRT), PITX Terminals and Loading Terminals.
• Jeepneys, multi-cabs and e-bike also passes by Sunrise Drive just outside the tower bound to SM MOA/E-Comm, Buendia and Taft Avenue.
• Few minutes’ walk to SM Mall of Asia, SM Arena, IKEA and with restaurants, laundromat, salon, massage and wellness spa, convenience stores, coffee shops and even a pharmacy nearby the tower.
Furnishings:
• 1 queen-sized bed, wardrobe, bookshelf and a small table/desk and folding chairs.
• 43-inches 4K UHD Smart TV (with NETFLIX)
• Sofa with chaise which is convertible to a comfy bed at night for 2 guests.
• Bar Table with storage ladder and high-chairs with backrest, a space-saving counter height table for you dining needs or can even be used as a workspace.
• Basic kitchen appliances, cookware and dinnerware
• The T&B/Laundry Area with water heater, bidet and a 7-kg top load washing machine.
• Bedding and towels is provided.
Please note:
I dont have a parking slot though pay parking is available within the premises.
Guest access
Guest Authorization Form needs to be furnished one-time days prior check-in so I will need a photo of your identification cards/passports.
My space can comfortably host 2 persons only. Additional nightly rates applies for additional guest/s. The property is only allowed to host up to a maximum of 4 guests.
I will share to you the acknowledgement email from the Property Management ahead of time and this must be presented in the Lobby upon check-in.
Pool access is allowed for 2 guests only.

Note: I have no parking slot in the tower but you can avail your own Pay Parking services available within the Shore premises.
