You cant beat the location, just 5 minutes walk to town and a stroll to the main beach. Enjoy the relaxed, cosy atmosphere and unwind on the secluded deck of take a dip in the pool and hot tub. The house is Beautifully furnished with a relaxed yet luxe Byron Bay beach house vibe, we know you won't want to leave!

Hi, we are Glen and Nicole. Byron Bay holds a special place in both of our hearts. Glen grew up on a farm in Rosebank (in the Byron Hinterland) and has fond memories as a child of selling herbs at the Byron markets as well as surfing just around the corner from this house more than 30 years ago. Nicole is a certified yoga/pilates instructor and personal trainer, has previously owned and operated an organic wholefoods business and fell in love with Byron at first sight. We love the beautiful environment, relaxed vibe, cultural diversity, buskers, markets, restaurants, hinterland, and beaches. Nicole is particularly fond of the beach yoga and all the healthy eating options available within a few minutes walk from the house. We have three young children aged 10, 8 and 7 and try to get up to our beach houses as often as we can. 18Burns beach house has surf boards, bicycles, a pinball machine, pool / hot tub, Foxtel, DVDs, games and all the comforts of home at your disposal during your stay. Our new property Little Burns Beach House is just around the corner and is a cosy century-old whalers cottage that has been renovated and is currently being styled with new furniture. Both properties are just a few hundred meters to town and a short walk to the main beach. We work closely with locals Aymie and Lauren from Byron Lifestyle Management (BLM) who are dedicated to ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible and who will be communicating with you before, during and after your stay to support you with all your needs.
