A few things to know before you arrive:

This cabin is best suited for guests looking for a quiet mountain getaway:

No parties or events and quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM (we love our neighbors and respect the community).

No pets and no smoking or vaping.

The cabin is on a septic system – only toilet paper may be flushed.

The primary guest must be 25+ and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation (no third-party bookings).

There are stairs inside the cabin and no large trailers or campers are allowed due to access/parking.

For safety and guest verification, there is an exterior Ring camera facing the driveway/entry. No cameras are inside the cabin.

Full house rules are listed in the “House Rules” section and in our digital house manual sent before arrival.

Welcome to our cozy nook of Mineral Bluff, which feels miles away from it all, but is a short 12 min drive to the downtown area of Blue Ridge. Also nearby (15 min) is the charming city of McCaysville, which has shops and restaurants along the river.

The drive to the cabin is almost completely on paved roads, with the exception of one short flat section of gravel.

Just 1.5 hours from Atlanta and Chattanooga, and about 2.5 hours from Knoxville.

We have a ChargePoint electric vehicle charger on site to make electric vehicle charging easy for you while you're exploring the mountains.
