Welcome to our family home in the heart of Hadaba — a quiet, ground-floor apartment with a private garden that's all yours for the stay.
This 2-bedroom setup is perfect for couples, small families, or friends travelling together (up to 4 guests). You'll have two comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room that opens onto the garden — the best spot in the house for morning coffee or a late dinner under the stars.
The space
• 2 bedrooms (one bedroom in the apartment stays locked — you have the rest of the home to yourselves) with availability to choose either 2 twin beds or 1 queen sized bed.
• 2 bathrooms
• Full kitchen with everything you need to cook
• Living room with TV
• Private garden with outdoor seating
The location
Hadaba is one of Sharm's most loved neighbourhoods — quiet and residential, but minutes from the sea. Farsha Café, El Fanar beach, and the Old Market are all a short drive away, and Naama Bay is about 10 minutes by car.
Getting around
Taxis and ride apps are easy to arrange, and we're happy to help organise airport pickup, diving trips, or anything else you need — just ask.
We've spent years making this home comfortable for our own family, and we look forward to sharing it with yours.

You'll have the apartment to yourselves — living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the private garden.
A third bedroom is kept locked, but if your group needs the extra space, just message us — we're happy to open it for an additional charge. No shared spaces with anyone else.

A few things to know before you book:
• A third bedroom is available on request for an extra charge — just message us.
• For security, outdoor cameras cover the front gate and garden perimeter. Nothing indoors.
• Egyptian regulations require all guests to present valid ID at check-in.
• This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — perfect for relaxing, not for parties.
• We're a family-run home with a local contact nearby, so help is always minutes away if you need anything.
• A few simple things we ask of every guest:
•No smoking inside the apartment. You're welcome to smoke in the garden — please use the ashtray provided. A $100 fee applies for any evidence of indoor smoking, to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
• Treat the home like your own. Please wash your dishes, take out rubbish before checkout, and leave the space generally tidy.
• Lock up when heading out. Please lock the apartment door and the garden gate every time you leave.
• Please note there is a private residence upstairs. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings, and to respect their privacy.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight. Daytime visitors are welcome — just let us know in advance.
• Valid ID is required at check-in for all guests (Egyptian regulations).
• Keep windows closed when the AC is on. This helps the unit run efficiently and keeps the room properly cool. Please switch off the AC, fans, and lights when you go out.
• Please bring the garden cushions inside overnight — they don't hold up well against dew or the neighbourhood cats.
• Any damage to the property or its contents during your stay will be charged to cover repair or replacement costs. Please let us know right away if anything breaks or is damaged.
• No parties or events — this is a quiet residential neighbourhood. Quiet hours from 11pm.
