Welcome to Listons, our spacious family home in peaceful Hadaba. Designed for families and groups of up to six, the ground-floor apartment includes three bedrooms, four beds, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a private garden.
Farsha Café is approximately a 5–10-minute walk away, while El Fanar Beach and the Old Market are a short drive from the apartment. Yoga sessions with Oxana are also available on request.

Welcome to our family home in Hadaba, a peaceful ground-floor apartment with a private garden and no shared guest spaces.
This full three-bedroom apartment is ideal for families and groups of up to six. It includes three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room opening directly onto the garden.

• Four beds: one king bed, one queen bed and two small double beds
• Two bathrooms
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Living room with TV and cosy fireplace
• Private garden with outdoor seating
The location
Farsha Café is approximately a 5–10-minute walk from the apartment. El Fanar Beach and the Old Market are a short drive away, while Naama Bay is around 20 minutes away by car.
Getting around
Taxis and local transport are easy to arrange. We’re also happy to help organise airport transfers, diving trips and other activities, just ask.
We’ve spent years making this home comfortable for our own family, and we look forward to sharing it with yours.
Egyptian regulations require all guests to present valid identification at check-in.
Guest access
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire ground-floor apartment, including the living room, fully equipped kitchen, all three bedrooms, two bathrooms and private garden.
The apartment has its own entrance, and no guest areas are shared with anyone else.
Other things to note
Before booking, please note:
• Outdoor security cameras cover the front gate and garden perimeter. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment. Guests are more than welcome to smoke outside in the private garden, please use the ashtray provided. A $100 deep-cleaning fee applies if there is evidence of smoking inside the apartment.
• A private residence is located upstairs, so we ask guests to respect the neighbours and observe quiet hours from 11pm.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please contact us in advance regarding daytime visitors.
• Egyptian regulations require all guests to present valid identification at check-in.
• Please wash used dishes, remove rubbish before checkout and leave the apartment generally tidy.
• Please lock the apartment door and garden gate whenever you leave.
• Please keep the windows closed while the air conditioning is running, and switch off the AC, fans and lights when leaving the apartment.
• Please bring the garden cushions inside overnight to protect them from dew and the neighbourhood cats.
• Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. Please notify us immediately if anything is broken or damaged.
We’re a family-run home with a local contact nearby, so assistance is always available if needed.
