This gorgeous reproduction Irish cottage is a 10 minute walk to beautiful Grange beach or a 2km beach walk (5 minute drive) to the the multiple cafes, bars and restaurants at Henley Square. Your two roomed private suite is the front half of the cottage, with your entrance from the front garden and verandah.

The space
Your suite includes a spacious bedroom, with queen-size bed, ensuite and large walk-in robe. Also, a separate lounge room with sofa bed, office desk, mini fridge, new Sony Smart TV 4K Ultra HD with built-in Chromecast and access to WiFi & Netflix.

Guest access
Guests have access to the front half of the cottage only with the entrance from the front garden and verandah. The back of the cottage is private.

During your stay
I live in the back of the cottage. I may or may not be home when you stay. But if I am, you are very welcome to come and say hello. Interaction is entirely up to guests. I am happy to advise about the area but also happy for guests to have complete privacy. I will be contactable via the Air BnB website at all times.

Up to two extra guests by negotiation.

Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for young children.

The $40 cleaning fee is applicable for short term stays only. If the suite is reserved for 1 week or more there will be additional cleaning fees.
