Located in the highest part of the estate, next to the historic active lemon terraces, this is the elegant heart of the property. It features private access near the spacious garage (3–4 cars). Interiors are modern and bright, with an open-space living and dining area connected to a panoramic balcony overlooking Lake Garda and Monte Baldo.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped, ideal for convivial dinners and gatherings.

Other things to note
📌 Tourist Tax – Municipality of Gargnano
The Municipality of Gargnano requires a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night, payable locally.
Children under 12 years old are exempt.
💶 Security Deposit
To protect the villa and all indoor and outdoor furnishings, a security deposit is required, to be collected at check-in.
The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, subject to inspection of the property.
➤ The method of payment and refund will be agreed directly with the guest, choosing the most convenient solution for both parties.
