10-minute walk to Whale's Tail and restaurants. Villa includes a spacious modern open kitchen/living area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and patio with hammock near the pool. Excellent fiber optic Wifi. Beautiful half acre property in residential area surrounded lush landscaping. Daily visits by numerous types of birds! Shared pool with two other Villas, outdoor shower, washing machine, bbq, trampoline, and a grassy field with a soccer goal. LGBTQ owned. Both Villas can be rented together.

Simple and beautiful design. Custom woodwork and local art pieces. Seating inside and out on the patio with hammock near the pool. Quiet and serene half acre property surrounded by jungle trees and beautiful skies. Pool area and property are designed to entertain families, and provide them with a comfortable, relaxing space on vacation. LGBTQ owned and we can provide support for people looking for things to do with the local community.

Guest access
Hosts are available to help with finding the best tours for families and contacts for transportation. Parking is free. Wifi is excellent. Many local attractions such as waterfalls, surfing, zip line, mangrove tours, and more are nearby.

Other things to note
Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores, the whales tail, and the river. Great location for feeling off the beaten path but still being close to the heart of Bahia/Uvita. There are an incredible amount of beautiful day trips from gorgeous beaches to active options like horse riding, ziplining, and hiking. Surfing lessons at the beautiful Chaman/Uvita beach or a mangrove tour nearby in Sierpe. The property will provide you with an ideal resting place to explore what all of the south pacific zone has to offer!
