Electric gate remote and door key. Lockbox provided if guest not picked up.

Neighborhood is residential and walking friendly. Supermarket, and small shopping plaza within 10 minutes walk.
Other things to note
-airport transport offered by host $25 for pickup, $25 for drop-off. *Included for weekly rentals.
-Printing is available onsite.
-first 5 Gal. bottled water is included
-on site car rental recommended. Car is ready to go at the apartment, or can be picked up at the airport.
-Fresh linens and towels every 4 days.
Effective 04 February 2022, the nightly rate includes the 17% mandatory government of Antigua and Barbuda SalesTax (ABST).
Effective 05 March 2023, the nightly rates have been adjusted to include the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism guest Levy.
