Welcome to your epic ski-In/ski-out Snowmass Base Village retreat! This one of a kind masterpiece is a top floor unit in Snowmass' best hotel, with airy vaulted ceilings, enormous windows and decks offering panoramic views of the mountains, gondola, and bustling Village Plaza. Here, the privacy of a luxury estate meets the convenience of a high end hotel. Breakfast, ski storage, spas, fitness center, climbing wall, lounge, transportation and smiles for the whole family are all included!

The space
This residence offers a true ski-in/ski-out experience, with direct ski access to the first floor of the hotel. There is even a complimentary ski concierge with secure storage just inside the "ski-in/ski-out entrance," making it very convenient for skiers/snowboarders. In the Summer, ski-in/ski-out turns to hike-in/hike-out or ride-in/ride-out, with a massive network of Colorado’s best trails, a lift-accessed mountain bike park and Summer adventures for all ages right at your doorstep.

Our guests enjoy additional complimentary amenities, including a buffet breakfast in the lounge, access to two hot tubs, a climbing wall, a fitness center, and shuttles to/from the Aspen airport as well as to/from this location and it’s sister hotel in downtown Aspen. With these convenient and free transportation options, a car isn’t necessary. If you are driving, there’s gated, private parking for one vehicle in the parking garage with an elevator leading directly to the unit.

This unit features a luxurious master bedroom with a king bed and massive floor to ceiling windows offering unobstructed views of Snowmass Mountain. Step out onto the balcony for even more expansive views and breathe the fresh mountain air. The master features its own gas fireplace surrounded by marble.

Inside the master ensuite bathroom you'll find an all-marble thermasol steam shower which is the perfect way to relax after a long day of enjoying the outdoors.

The living room features plenty of seating for family and friends, with another marble-trimmed gas fireplace and more floor to vaulted ceiling windows. The sofa also transforms into a sleeper. Step out onto the deck and you'll find furniture for relaxing outdoors, with a high end gas grill.

Step into the fully stocked kitchen where you (or your chef) will have everything necessary to prepare a fine meal.

The second bedroom is designed as a standalone "lockoff" unit with sound insulating double-doors. It is ideal for giving a second couple, the kids, friends a bit of extra privacy. This room features two queen beds, its own kitchenette and another private ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub.

The Neighborhood:

This residence sits in the heart of Snowmass Base Village. According to Forbes magazine, SBV is "a $600 million family-oriented mountain resort development, the largest one in North America.” Snowmass has always been known for its world-class 3000+ acres of incredible ski terrain in the Winter, and one of North America’s best lift-accessed bike parks in the Summer.

However, SBV augments these incredible offerings with fun for the entire family. This includes retail shopping, fine dining, hip bars, an ice skating rink, bean bag toss, live music and much more. Spaces like the “collective” and the “treehouse” offer games and entertainment for the kids so that adults can get some time to themselves — perhaps a heated class at King Yoga, or a sushi dinner at Kenichi. If you get bored here, then you are boring. Welcome to alpine paradise!

Getting Around:

If you need a shuttle to or from ASE airport or downtown aspen, this can be arranged for you at no charge through the hotel.

Additionally, just an elevator ride from your residence (go down to P3 and exit the garage) Snowmass Base Village’s Transit Center makes transportation a breeze.

To get anywhere in Snowmass completely for free, take the “Village Shuttle.”

To get to and from Downtown Aspen, Ajax, Highlands, Buttermilk, the airport, or down valley (Basalt, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs) take the RFTA (Roaring Fork Transit Authority) buses.

Both the Village Shuttle and the RFTA buses are accessible from the Transit Center. For detailed routes, schedules and info, simply plug your destination into Google Maps and hit the ’Transit’ icon. Google Maps will automatically show you what bus to get on, what time it leaves, when to get off, etc. It can even remind you to leave on time! No need for a rental car out here.

Additionally, a free gondola called “sky cab” or “skittles” (local slang) will take you up to the older Village Mall, which expands your shopping/dining options beyond the excellent offerings in Base Village.
