Welcome to your mountain getaway in the Vail Valley! Our cozy, recently updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect home base for your adventure.

LIVING AREA:
Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a warm electric fireplace, new furniture, and stunning views of the Eagle River and Beaver Creek mountains from your private balcony. A Queen-sized sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space for your group.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The fully equipped kitchen features all-new appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stovetop and dishwasher, granite countertops, and ample cookware for preparing meals. We provide both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker to get your mornings started right. (Kettle and teas for those who prefer).

CONVENIENCE:
A private washer and dryer are located within the unit for your convenience.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 6):
Master Bedroom: A comfortable Queen bed, beautiful mountain and river views, and a private ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower.
Second Bedroom: Two twin beds with serene views of the mountains and the Eagle River.
Living Room: A Queen-sized sleeper sofa.

Guests will have private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Enjoy the convenience and flexibility of self check-in with our smart lock system, allowing you to start your vacation the moment you arrive without any hassle.

Other things to note
Location: This condo is located on the third floor of the Liftview Condominiums building. Please be aware that there is no elevator.
Parking: Parking is strictly limited to one (1) vehicle. This spot is included with your stay, but your car MUST be registered with us prior to arrival to avoid parking fees or booting. Please send us a picture of your license plate along with the vehicle's make and model for registration.
Extra Vehicles: We have a very limited number of extra guest passes. If you may require parking for more than one car, please contact us as early as possible to see if we can accommodate your request.
