The space
This cozy 2 bed 2 bath condo has been recently updated with new furniture and bedding. Guests enjoy 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area.

BEDROOMS:
The condo has 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Master Bedroom - Queen Bed, views of the eagle river and Beaver Creek mountains, ensuite bathroom with stand alone shower.
Bedroom 2 - two twin beds, views of the mountains and Eagle river.
Extra sleeping - queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

BATHROOMS:
The condo has two bathrooms, each with plenty of storage. The Master is ensuite, and has a stand alone shower. The second bathroom has a tub and shower.

LIVING ROOM:
Electric fireplace and balcony in living room. Great views of the Eagle river and the mountains beyond.

KITCHEN:
Full sized new refrigerator, dishwasher, and ample plates and glassware for dining. Coffee maker and Kuerig, and lots of cooking utensils.

PARKING:
Free parking for 1 car. Car must be registered to avoid paying parking fees or boot removal fees.

Laundry (washer and drier) in unit with fully equipped kitchen.

This condo is on the third floor of Liftview Condominiums, and has balcony views of the Eagle River and the mountains beyond.

Access to Beaver Creek is via a walking path, and takes about 7 minutes to the Bear Lot shuttle. You optionally can walk to the Westin gondola, but that is 20 minutes or so away by foot.

Summertime you have the river just below you for fly fishing, and the lake and Avon amphitheater within easy walking distance.

Parking is included but is closely monitored and requires registration with us. Only one car (in total, not per guest) is allowed. We have limited extra guest passes, so contact us early if you may require more than one car to verify if we can accommodate it. Guests need to send a picture of license plate that details the make and model as well for Host to register.
