This cozy, 400 square foot, standalone guest house nestled in Bloomington's historic and beautiful Elm Heights neighborhood is located exactly one block from the Indiana University campus. You are just a short, tree-lined stroll away from local coffee shops, Law and Music schools, campus landmarks, the IU auditorium and Kirkwood Avenue.
This is a premier, highly convenient space for IU parents visiting for weekends, alumni returning to their old stomping grounds, and visiting faculty or conference attendees looking for a cozy, walkable retreat close to the university. Whether you're here for graduation, a festival, or an academic visit, “Time Is on Your Side” at this charming, private retreat!
*The Space
This guesthouse is a completely independent structure located in our spacious backyard. You will enjoy total privacy with your own dedicated entrance.
* The Setup: Unwind on our premium, ultra-comfortable queen-size Serta sleeper sofa. We provide all high-quality linens, blankets, plush pillows, and plush towels, so you can travel light and sleep soundly.
* The New Kitchenette: Fully equipped for your stay with a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffee and teas. Complete with essential dinnerware, cookware and stylish kitchen utensils, the space beautifully blends free-spirited form with everyday function. There’s also ample cupboard space to stash your own “stuff”.
* The Vibe: As lifelong Rolling Stones fans, we have curated the decor using unique items from our personal collection celebrating the World's Greatest Rock & Roll Band. It’s a fun, nostalgic nod for music lovers and IU fans, wrapped in the comfort of a cozy neighborhood home.
*The Entertainment: Enjoy WI-FI , Roku tv with HBO, HULU, ESPN and Netflix. Ask Alexa to play some tunes, or check out one of the art books, Stones stories or IU sports and history books available for guests.
* The "Shedaria" Oasis: You can relax in the backyard outdoor 10'x12' covered pavilion. Created by your artist hosts, this shaded lounge features a colorful mosaic mural offering a unique, artsy oasis to unwind in style.

The world’s best campus meets the world’s greatest rock band. Perfect for visiting faculty, alumni, Brown County travelers, and Stones fans. Come stay, relax, and find “satisfaction” here!
