We prefer family requests with children.
Please take the configuration and distribution of beds into account.
Important: the 2 children's beds in the annex ARE NOT suitable for ADULTS (height and weight supported).

You are coming to the countryside, keep in mind that there are insects, bees, flies, ants, etc. They can enter the house. Their presence will not be a reason for cancellation or partial refund.
MAIN HOUSE
Capacity: 6 people
Main house facing south, not overlooked.
On the ground floor: Entrance, laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers + 1 wall-mounted changing table + Dyson or classic vacuum cleaner, fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, 2 coffee machines (L'Or Barista capsules or filter machine), dining area, 2 separate living areas in the middle by a double-sided fireplace (insert), toilet, television (Samsung Frame 43"), vinyl turntable and records (a Bose speaker is at your disposal, Bluetooth connection with the turntable) internet, outdoor shower (laundry entrance side (except winter).
Upstairs: NB: The floor is OFF LIMITS TO ANIMALS (carpet) and please remove your shoes because of the beige carpet, especially in rainy weather.
Three bedrooms, bathroom (with shower and bathtub, small storage unit, separate toilet.
Adult bedroom 1: 180 x 200 bed (Casper mattress), wardrobe. Small private terrace.
Adult bedroom 2: 160 x 200 bed (Casper mattress). Wardrobe and storage cabinet. View of the garden and valley.
Bedroom 3 child/adult: Two 90 x 190 cm beds (CASPER mattress) Storage cabinet. View of the garden and valley.
Two baby beds (umbrella) available (sheets and blankets ARE NOT PROVIDED).
Various games and board games available: Tarot card game, Uno, Solitaire, Cattan, Code name, dartboard and darts, Molkky, etc...
Please take care of our games.
Others: ping pong table + rackets + balls.
Handle the table gently for movement (2 people) and opening.
THE OUTBUILDING: Capacity 5 people (2 adults and 2 children and 1 baby).
**NOTE: the outbuilding will ONLY BE ACCESSIBLE TO MORE THAN 6 people. It is therefore imperative to fill in the number of people when you book, otherwise it will not be prepared and open.
If you want the annex but you are LESS THAN 6, please contact us before your booking to find a reasonable price for both parties.
Due to the use (water/electricity/heating), cleaning and linen (sheets/towels) the cost is €40/person/day - baby free
Note: the outbuilding is 100% electric.
Entrance, bathroom, separate toilet, 1 bedroom (Bedroom No. 4) beds in 140x200 (CASPER mattress), small private terrace with table and 2 garden chairs. Barista Gold coffee machine, kettle and filter jug for water.
2nd bedroom with 2 children's beds (80 x 190), maximum weight for these 2 beds 80 kilos.
(Upstairs not accessible, reserved for owners).
Outside: 6000 m² garden surrounded by hedges. Not overlooked.
Large terrace, at the main house, with garden furniture (except winter season), 2 BBQs, swimming pool heated to 28° by heat pump from JUNE 1 to SEPTEMBER 30.
Football goal and ball available.
For guests with a dog, PLEASE pick up the droppings as close to the house as possible.
CAUTION:
- For guests between early APRIL and OCTOBER inclusive, a friend will come to mow the lawn during your stay. Duration of the intervention 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes.
Frequency, every 15 days or 3 weeks depending on the weather.

- For guests between June 15 and September 30, the pool technician (LARCHER company) will come every 15 days to check the water and the proper functioning of the installation.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Linens provided (sheets, towels), toilet paper, soap. NOTE: Linens will be provided in proportion to the number of people expected for the stay.
For stays of 2 weeks, change of sheets and towels after 1 week (Saturday morning), free of charge.
THE POOL: From JUNE 1 to SEPTEMBER 30.
Although it is fenced and the 2 doors lock, you are responsible for supervising the people who will use it.
At your disposal, 6 deckchairs and parasols with stand.
"Toys" are at your disposal (ball, fries, inflatable seats).
During swimming, it is MANDATORY TO UNPLUG and REMOVE the ROBOT vacuum cleaner from the pool (in order to avoid any damage to it... it's from experience!
RECONNECT it in the evening so that it cleans the pool the next morning.
NOTE: SEE EXPLANATION SHEET IN THE TECHNICAL ROOM AND THE POOL MANUAL, TO DISCONNECT AND RECONNECT THE ROBOT.
IMPORTANT: Any damage to the robot will be reported as a "dispute" to the Airbnb platform and the cost of repair or replacement will be borne by the person who booked.
At the end of the day after use, the electric curtain must be unrolled (safety and conservation of the water temperature) and the gates must be locked as soon as there is no one in the pool enclosure.
NO CHILDREN should be left UNATTENDED around and in the pool.
In order for you to enjoy the pool in good conditions and to keep the water clean, YOUR SMALL PARTICIPATION IS NECESSARY "for daily maintenance". You will have to, with the net, remove leaves and insects that have fallen into the water, empty the filters of the skimmers at the end of the day, add water in the morning if necessary (hose provided and connected) because evaporation is unavoidable in summer. You can also use the garden hose to clean the ground of plant debris brought by the wind.
For people more familiar with the use of a swimming pool, you will have the products at your disposal, as well as a water quality control kit (technical room).
The start-up for filtration and heat pump is in "automatic" mode from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. So you don't need to do anything.
The heat pump is set to 28 degrees. The trigger is automatic depending on the pool water temperature.
Check the chlorine pebble in each skimmer. PLEASE PUT 2 chlorine tablets EVERY SATURDAY morning (1 PER SKIMMER)
The tablets are stored in their box in the technical room.
Upon arrival, the chlorine tablets will already be in the skimmers (Saturday). For stays of 2 weeks, put 2 tablets after YOUR FIRST WEEK.

enough to discover the region within 1 hour's drive from the house and to return in the evening to rest in the quiet of the Normandy countryside and cool off at the pool!
NB: the travel times recorded are for normal traffic (excluding traffic jams) and respecting the speed limit!

Guest access
The entire property is for the exclusive use of guests (including the outbuilding if more than 6 people)
The beds will be made according to the number of people indicated at the time of booking.
There is space for 4 to 6 cars.
The outbuilding is only accessible beyond 6 people (to be indicated when booking)
The main house can accommodate 6 people
(2 or 4 adults + 2 children + 1 or 2 babies). Or 6 adults (but 2 separate beds in bedroom 3)
Other things to note
Thank you for leaving our house in the same clean condition as you will find it on arrival.
Cleaning will be done BEFORE your arrival and AFTER your departure (disinfection-ventilation).
NB: it is a country house, there may be small spiders or ants DESPITE rigorous cleaning! Please be forgiving.
Normally, we are here to do the cleaning. When we are away, our friend Fabienne helps us on a voluntary basis. She is not a "housekeeper" and we do not use a concierge service to avoid CHARGES.
As a result, you must clean and leave the house as you found it (vacuum cleaner and products at your disposal). If this aspect is not respected, an additional fee will be requested via the site's dispute service.
On the day of YOUR DEPARTURE:
THANK YOU for undoing your bed sheets and leaving them on the bed with your towels (no obligation).
Please store all dishes, empty the dishwasher and empty the refrigerator completely of all foodstuffs.
No food should be left.
Please respect the sorting of garbage cans and place the garbage bags by the side of the road in the 2 bins (passage on Monday and Thursday). Since the bags are transparent, the garbage collectors check the contents.
The black bin is for other household waste.
Please empty the ashes from the BBQ at the end of your stay.
Please clean the fireplace in case of use (winter) an ash vacuum is at your disposal.
Possibility to have your groceries delivered with Intermarché EQUEMAUVILLE (Order via internet, if you have an account).
Drive possible at LECLERC Honfleur and Intermarché EQUEMAUVILLE.
