Because the quality of your rest is our priority, we have selected premium bedding:
French-made (from a specialty store).
Hotel-quality comfort: Firm support (35kg/m³) with a balanced feel.
Flexible setup: One Queen-size bed (160x200) and one high-quality sofa bed (140x200).
🏠 Your Private 22 m² Suite
Designed like a small single-story apartment (with a ceiling height of 2.25 m), our independent guest suite features:
Sleeping and relaxation area.
En-suite bathroom & toilet: Large 120x90 shower (60 cm entry width).
Amenities: Small appliances, dishes, glassware, and cutlery provided.
Outdoor areas: Shared garden and parking. In good weather, enjoy your private outdoor furniture with a charming "guinguette" (open-air café) vibe!
🍽️ Dining & "The Little Extra"
While we are not a full self-catering gîte (there is no kitchen or sink), we have thought of everything for light meals:
Independence: Reheat or chill your ready-made meals and salads at no extra cost.
Dishwashing: Equipment provided for washing up using the bathroom sink. Gourmet Options (upon request):
Full cold buffet platter or picnic basket (for enjoyment during your stay or to take away on departure day)
"Afternoon snack" option, or
Savory gourmet "Brunch" option to complement your included breakfast. Please request this when booking (see photos).
👥👥 Flexible Accommodation: Couples, Families, or Business Travelers
Need separate sleeping arrangements? The convertible sofa bed (BZ) is available for free upon request at the time of booking—ideal for two people sleeping separately or for up to two minors.
We provide bed linen; daily setup and folding away of the bed are your responsibility.
📍 Practical Information
Open: All year round.
No arrivals on Sundays, except from June through September (minimum two-night stay required). We also offer a "late morning" option, allowing for check-out by 12:00 PM daily, or even 2:00 PM on Sundays (please contact us directly when booking; payment on-site).
Security: Fully fenced property (courtyard entrance has no gate) with video surveillance.
Guest access
🧳The suite is entirely yours, and we do not accommodate other guests.
Access is via the side of the farmhouse after parking in our courtyard, where a space is reserved for you. With us, you follow the driveway, and the private entrance is at the back, on the private terrace.
As hosts, we live on-site (above and next door), and we welcome you and show you around.
We are always available at night.
Arrivals: 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Departures: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
A key box is provided in case you need to leave before 9 a.m., for example, for professionals starting their day very early.
You benefit from the peace and quiet and the natural surroundings of our guesthouse; we are happy to share our grounds with our guests.

We are pleased to accommodate up to 4 guests (maximum 2 adults and 2 children), provided you have reviewed our full description, photos, and house rules.
Although originally designed for couples, our 22 m² suite is fully equipped for occasional family use. Please note that this is an independent 22 m² guest suite, not a self-catering cottage (*gîte*). The second sleeping area features a high-quality sofa bed located in the small lounge area.
As shown in the detailed photos, when unfolded, it takes up all the available space in front of the kitchenette; therefore, it must be folded away each morning and unfolded each evening. For this reason, we do not consider it suitable for long family stays (more than 3 nights), and booking implies acceptance of these conditions regarding the second sleeping arrangement.
