The space
The farmhouse sleeps 6 in 3 very well presented rooms, each with its own bathroom.

Ground Floor:

The spacious kitchen diner has everything you need for preparing and enjoying meals, as well as a dishwasher to help with the clearing up. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and impressive range cooker all form part of this fabulous farmhouse kitchen.

The Utility room then has a large fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as access to the extensive outside decking area.

The large separate dining room can be the place for for more formal meals when the occasion calls for it! (The wooden staircase in this room leads up to Bedroom 2)

The rustic lounge has chesterfield sofas, a large woodburning stove and is filled with dark wood authentic furniture. The 55'' LCD Smart TV means you can enjoy your favourite shows even when away from home. The home office with desk, screen and printer are available for guests to use.
Double doors then lead out onto the sun trap patio area.

First Floor:

The main bedroom has a superking bed, clothes storage and views over the fields at the rear of the property.
The adjoining en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, wash basin and WC and views across the front garden.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed and lots of storage space. The adjoining en-suite bathroom has a bath tub with overhead shower, wash basin and WC. This room feels very private from the rest of the house.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed, plenty of storage and views across the front garden including the old stone bread oven and workshop which the sun rises behind. The separate bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

The farmhouse is set in 3 acres of garden and farmland and was built in 1832. The many original stone buildings that are peppered around the property give it that unmistakable authentic French feel.
With extensive lawned areas on every side, the garden has plenty of fencing and gates which can be closed to ensure the safety of children or pets.
A small fishpond sits just behind the parking area and is a haven for wildlife!

A brand new decking has been added in Spring 2026 to fully maximise the fabulous sunsets that we're blessed with. Having breakfast, lunch and dinner out here is a must for visitors to really appreciate the secluded position, with just the birds and crickets for company! A dedicated BBQ area also forms part of the decking and outdoor furniture is provided.

Dogs:

We love to welcome dogs at the Farmhouse it there's plenty of enclosed space for them to enjoy outside.
We only ask that you bring along plenty of throws or blankets if your dog is likely to want to sleep on the sofa or the bed!
