The space
This quiet 120 m2 chalet offers absolute comfort for 6 people (max 4 adults), with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a panoramic balcony.

Its privileged location allows a car-free stay: just a 5-minute walk to the ski lifts and close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. In addition, the bus stop for Sion and Siviez is located 100 m away, while private parking is available in front of the chalet for easy car access.

Spread over two levels, this chalet offers a sleeping area on the first floor, including a master suite (160 cm bed) with en-suite bathroom and balcony access, a double bedroom (150 cm bed) also with balcony, and a spacious bedroom (160 cm bed) equipped with a desk ideal for remote working, as well as an additional bathroom.

The ground floor, carefully renovated in 2024, houses a friendly living area including a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and reading area near the Finnish wood stove. A comfortable living room with TV (TV box with over 220 channels, replay and recording), well-stocked library and Marshall audio system invites you to relax. High-speed 100 Mbps Wi-Fi is ideal for remote work. Two terraces and a garden offer stunning views of the mountains.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a fondue and raclette set. Wine glasses and champagne flutes.

To enhance your stay, a washing machine, barbecue (summer only), as well as leisure equipment such as a bob are available.
