The space
Fully renovated and decorated in an eco-friendly way, this large cottage of about 110 m² offers all modern comforts in an old stone farmhouse.
Bringing together two adjoining cottages, it can accommodate up to six guests in an atmosphere combining authenticity, design and sweetness of life.
A terrace enclosed by stone walls of about 35 m² pleasantly completes the living area.

Upstairs:
Three bedrooms, including an exceptional master suite:
- "Master Room" suite (30 m²): large volume, exposed beams, sleeping area with modular high-end bedding (double bed 180 x 200 or two single beds 90 x 200), living room with Chromecast TV, sofa bed for two people and office space with fiber wifi.
- "Argile" bedroom (12 m²): sober and elegant atmosphere, double bed 180 x 200 or two beds 90 x 200, armchair and dresser.
- "Pink" bedroom (10 m²): soft and natural tones, 160 x 200 double bed or two 80 x 200 beds, armchair and dresser.

Bathrooms:
- Bathroom no. 1 "XXL": king size walk-in shower, travertine walls, wooden and marble sink, hanging toilet.
- Bathroom 2: walk-in shower, antique wooden sink, mixture of waxed concrete and cement tiles.
A small laundry room with a washer completes the floor.

On the ground floor:
A large, friendly living room of about 30 m² includes the equipped kitchen, the dining area and the living room with connected TV (more than 1200 channels and apps) directly overlooking the terrace.
A desk allows you to telecommute comfortably (fiber).
Separate toilet with handwashers.

Outdoors:
The private terrace of about 30 m² is furnished for your meals and moments of relaxation: table, deckchairs, umbrella and Weber charcoal barbecue. A second little corner under the shade of the lime tree awaits you.
Enclosed space, not overlooked, quiet and bright.
Free street parking, badge gate access.

Baby welcome (under 3 years old):
Families with children are welcome.
The cottage has, on request, a travel cot, two high chairs, a baby bath and some practical amenities to make the stay with a toddler easier.
Everything is designed to make families enjoy a comfortable and serene stay.

Decoration and atmosphere:
As an artisan tapestry decorator, I imagined a universe combining the charm of the past and contemporary spirit.
Beams, mismatched tiles, weathered wood, custom curtains and lighting, antique or restored furniture: everything here tells a story.
Some furniture and objects, carefully created or selected, are offered for sale to extend the experience.

Around US:
Located near the Fontainebleau forest, the cottage offers very close access to the most famous climbing sites (the cuvier, the gorges d'apremont, franchard, isatis, massif des 3 pignons, etc...) as well as hiking trails.
The village of Barbizon, famous for its galleries and restaurants, is a few minutes' drive away, as is the Château de Fontainebleau.
An ideal base for an authentic and bright stay in the heart of the Pays de Fontainebleau.

Namely:
Access through a private entrance, free street parking.
Not suitable for wheelchair users.
A welcome booklet is available on site: all practical information, addresses and tips are included for a peaceful stay.
Both cottages can also be rented separately ("Double Twins" and "Master Room") – check out my profile to discover them.
