Let yourself be lulled by the sounds of nature in the chalet of my childhood, in the heart of the pine forest and the mimosas. A paradise for family gatherings 10 minutes by bike from the largest natural lake in France and the ocean. Surf courses with preferential rates via your reservation. Possibility to rent bicycles (to be seen at the time).

Here, we meet, we exchange: television and wifi have been replaced by board games (wifi of the residence available near the swimming pool).

The space
It is a small chalet of about 35 m2 composed as follows:

- cabin bedroom on entering on the left with 2 bunk beds of 80x190cm suitable for 2 children up to around 15 years old, wardrobe, shelves, drawers and window

- a living / dining room with window, sofa, coffee table, board games available, bar table + 4 bar chairs

- kitchen area with dishwasher, sorting bins, storage cabinet and 2 induction hobs

- separate toilet with small window and cleaning products available

- bathroom area with shower and bathroom furniture, window

- open mezzanine area with double bed, wardrobe, shelves, window

All overlooking a sheltered terrace, view of the pines, waking up to the sound of the waves and the birds at stake :)

You have access to the chalet, the (sand) garden and the terrace.

In the subdivision, the unheated private swimming pool awaits you to relax when the temperatures allow it, as well as the children's play area, the pétanque area, the volleyball/badminton court and the ping-pong table.

In fact, we do not forget to provide in the suitcase:
a volleyball, football, badminton, tennis, ping pong rackets, pétanque balls and we meet at the playground, keeping an eye on the children at the pool :-)

Here, we meet, we recharge our batteries, we discuss, we play, we rest, as a family or as a couple and we enjoy, quietly, out of time.

Other things to note
Every corner of paradise has a price! The residence is far from local shops. To get the bread, it's by jogging (5km round trip by the cycle path), by bike or by car!
During the holiday period, you will find a small convenience store in Maubuisson (2.5km) as well as a crossroads market in Carcans Ville (15km away, open all year round).
My advice: plan a drive to the Super u in Lacanau Ville for big shopping at a more affordable price (20 min by car), or at the Intermarché in Castelnau de Médoc (50 min) or Saint Médard en Jalles (50 min ), following your itinerary, so you will be at ease.

This chalet is all my childhood! I used to stay here every summer with my parents and my older brother. It is an immense pleasure for me to see it come to life again and to offer others the chance to share family moments out of time, out of everything, just meeting up, talking, exchanging, playing, far from the distractions of day-to-day. I want to welcome people receptive to this setting and who will appreciate the environment.

I am at your disposal to tell you about the area, the activities to do and answer your questions.

An explanation as to the fees:
-They include the provision of sheets, towels, tea towels, bedding
-beds made on arrival
- compensation for the cleaning team who travels for the maintenance of the terrace, driveway, covid standard disinfection, restocking of welcome products (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, household products , salt, pepper, etc.)

-> The whole thing being that you can settle comfortably on arrival while shopping, unloading and getting organized.

Initially, you are asked:
- to empty the trash cans,
- to leave the chalet clean, by sweeping at least once,
- to leave the dishes clean and tidy

We will take care of the basic cleaning, undoing the beds, cleaning the terrace and driveway as well as the windows.

Thank you for respecting the schedules, I am on a "tour" of the cleaning team, and a change of schedule entails additional costs which will be at your expense if a modification is requested, because it is an entire organization that is modified for them.

Neighborhood highlights

It is a subdivision of individual chalets, mostly for secondary use. Its privileged geographical location makes it very attractive, especially in summer, thanks to its private swimming pool and the play areas it has.

Outlying district, no road within the subdivision, which makes it a paradise for holidaymakers in search of fresh air where games of pétanque, volleyball and badminton will be held with the family or with other holidaymakers. Parties of fun or sunbathing guaranteed at the swimming pool, meetings of teenagers at the ping pong table, a landmark for young people! The little ones will not be left out and will also have their spot at the playground reserved for them :)

Apart from July and August, you will almost have the residence to yourself, it's a completely different atmosphere, just as pleasant and relaxing, which makes it a very popular destination for Bordeaux residents looking for a break for the weekend.
