In the heart of Font-Romeu and 300 m from the cable cars, this apartment with garden and private parking space has all the assets for a relaxing family vacation. Completely renovated from floor to ceiling in the spring of 2024!
Its south-facing garden, with mountain views, is equipped with a table and barbecue to enjoy the calm on sunny days. A real play area for children, we regularly spend family time there.
The space
This 3-sided apartment of approximately 60 m2, bright and south-facing, includes a garden with deck chairs, table and a barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days, or to spend good times with family.
Good to know: Linens and towels are not provided. Complete cleaning is to be done by you. The essentials (tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, garbage bag, dishwasher tablets, laundry, condiments, etc.) are at your disposal, however, if during your stay any of these were to run out, please replenish them for the next visitors.
Completely renovated in the spring of 2024, it consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen. Nothing is missing: dishwasher, oven, induction stove, fridge and freezer, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils and of course raclette and fondue oven.
The accommodation sleeps 3 bedrooms:
- the first with a 140 bed overlooking the garden, with a closet
- a second with also a 140 bed, a wardrobe, a dresser and smart storage in the headboard. This bedroom opens directly onto the cabin bedroom with a bunk bed and multiple storage spaces for children.
All rooms in the apartment have a window for more light.
For your comfort, the toilet is separated from the shower room, and a closet houses a washing machine and everything you need to do your laundry.
This apartment is our second home, and you can find everything you need to properly start your stay (coffee, tea, laundry, dishwashing essentials, etc.). We have small children and you can enjoy the high chair, dishes, a baby bed, games and books suitable for children.
A common area is available where you can store your ski equipment in a locked cabinet. We'll provide you with a sled and snowshoes for free.
The apartment is located right in front of Carrefour Contact, next to the bakery/pastry shop, butcher/deli/caterer, a pizzeria, ski equipment rental, and close to all amenities (less than 5 min walk). A private parking space is available in front of the building.
The Airelles cable cars are a 4-min walk away (currently under renovation, opening scheduled for Christmas 2023) and allow you quick and easy access to the ski resort.
