Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 2 with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 2 separate toilets, and a living room with a sofa bed (double) and a daybed (single bed) opening onto the back garden. Sauna.
On the 1st floor access by the outside staircase, 4 bedrooms including 2 with double bed and 2 with two single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 separate toilets, and 2 living rooms open to the balcony with each a click-clack double bed.
Large garden of 2000m2 going around the building, 6 parking spaces, children's play area.
Guest access
You rent the 2 floors of the cottage. The 3rd is an apartment that is occupied by tenants. Access to this apartment is through a part of the garden which is common to the cottage. However, they do not have the right to use the garden.
