Charming house in the heart of the Perche countryside, in very peaceful, green surroundings, just 1h40 from Paris (140km via the A11 motorway): Escape to an authentic, comfortable, fully renovated 19th-century house. Spacious, bright house with traditional touches: exposed beams, solid oak parquet flooring and wood-burning stove. 8 comfortable bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 adults, 2 children (under 8 years old) and 2 babies, ideal for stays with family or friends.
Large, fully-equipped kitchen (SMEG kitchen piano and oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) so you can prepare your meals in total peace and quiet. Children's dining area in the kitchen.
Cosy living room with a beautiful wood-burning stove for cosy evenings and a large dining room table (for up to 14 people) for shared meals.
Fibre broadband available for those wishing to combine relaxation and teleworking.

The former rest home of the nuns is the house that is rented out. In summer, tenants have access to the historic ‘Maison de l'Ermite’, which has been renovated and converted into a pool-house next to the swimming pool. The chapel, the 2 oratories and the sheepfold are not yet accessible to our visitors.

Bed sheets cost are included in the cleaning cost
We provide pool towels at a cost of 50€ for all our guests.
The towels in the house are not suitable for use in the swimming pool (additional cleaning will be charged to you in case of non-compliance)
