Welcome to Le Petit Perchoir! A charming village house with an exceptional view of the rooftops and the castle of Vogüé, a village ranked among the most beautiful villages in France.
Nestled in a peaceful alley in the historic center, just a short walk from restaurants and the riverside beach, this is where your cozy haven awaits.

The space
Behind its stone façade, the house reveals an interior full of character, combining the charm of the old with modern comfort.
The terrace offers a view of the rooftops of Vogüé and its castle: wherever the eye wanders, the village reveals itself. A wonderful place to relax after a day at the beach, enjoy a meal cooked on the plancha, or simply watch the swallows flit about.
Inside, the 45 m² space on two levels has been carefully designed: on the lower level, you will find two comfortable bedrooms as well as a compact and well-arranged bathroom. Upstairs, the living room, bathed in light and facing the terrace, consists of a fully equipped kitchen (combination oven, dishwasher) open to a dining area and living room with TV and Wi-Fi.
We put our heart into renovating the house to preserve its soul: restored antique cement tiles, vaulted ceilings, stone, and furniture sourced second-hand or purchased ethically. The idea: to offer you an authentic place where you can simply feel comfortable!
For sleeping, the first bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), and the second has two single beds (90 x 190 cm). The beds are made upon your arrival, and towels as well as basic products (shower gel, oil, salt, etc.) are provided to help you get your stay off to a good start.
We have a crib, high chair and baby bathtub for parents who wish, just ask us! The sheets of the crib are to be brought by you.
The cottage is an ideal base for enjoying a variety of activities (kayaking, hiking/walks, nature trails, swimming, visiting the castle, etc.) and exploring the wonders of the Ardèche, with many nearby attractions (the beautiful village of Balazuc, the Cirque de Gens de Ruoms climbing and hiking area, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, the Chauvet Cave, etc.).
Please note: The house is spread over several levels with stairs and is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Parking is available in the free village car parks, located about a 5-minute walk away. You can drop off your belongings before going to park.
Other things to note
It should be noted that there are two staircases: one to access the front door of the property and the second inside the cottage.
A storage room on the ground floor of the cottage will be available for you to store your bicycles, roof box, etc. It also houses the laundry area with a washing machine.
Parking is available in the free village car parks, located about a 5-minute walk from Le Petit Perchoir.
Most of the shops and restaurants in the village are open from April to October.
