Beautiful atypical 3-room apartment, newly renovated and bright, accommodating up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor of a very quiet residence, it has a very large wooded terrace. In the heart of Les Minimes at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you will be located 15 minutes' walk from the old port of La Rochelle and the aquarium and 8 minutes from Les Minimes beach. Buses and bike paths are accessible within 20 meters of the apartment. Secure private parking space 200 m away

The apartment "Le Petit Caillebotis" is located in the heart of Les Minimes in La Rochelle and was completely renovated in 2018. This bright apartment with its large terrace can accommodate up to 6 people. The house "Le Petit Clavier", located in Lagord near La Rochelle and at the gateway to the island of Ré, was renovated in 2021.
