Beautiful atypical 3-room apartment, newly renovated and bright, accommodating up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor of a very quiet residence, it has a very large wooded terrace. In the heart of Les Minimes at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you will be located 15 minutes' walk from the old port of La Rochelle and the aquarium and 8 minutes from Les Minimes beach.
