Kick back & relax in this quiet, stylish executive, mid-term rental, central to all that DFW has to offer. For medical professionals, we are less than 10 minutes to numerous hospitals & 11 miles to Dallas' Medical District ( UT Southwestern, Scottish Rite). For Executives: Las Colinas Business Center is only 6 minutes away or 4 minutes to the DART Rail to DFW airport, Grapevine, Fort Worth or Downtown Dallas. Grocery stores, restaurants, music venues & running trails are just blocks away.

The space
An 8 yr old, 2-story, brick rowhouse with loft style, open concept, tons of windows and nearly 3k SF of space to spread out, relax, and breathe. There are two bedrooms & two full baths upstairs, one small bedroom/bathroom suite down. Amenities include built-in computer workstation, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, spa tub, a patio, balcony, study/library, and yoga/meditation room.

Guest access
This is the owner's primary residence and they return often. As such, many closets are locked with personal items. However, all areas are available to guests including the laundry room, garage, dining area, patio, dog runs (Yes, we allow pets!), study/library, and kitchen.

Other things to note
The entire house is available to rent during dates noted, but it must be for a minimum of 30 days, per HOA amd community rules. We offer a 52% discount for 30+ days rentals, which also eliminates the 13% Texas Short Term Occupancy Tax. Often, the 30 day rate is cheaper than renting for only 19 to 29 days.

Couples or individuals can inquire about extended or longer term rental of single bedrooms or the lower level suite, on a case-by-case basis, even when the owners are in residence. Both dogs and cats are allowed with non-refundable deposits. We do have breed and size restrictions.
