The cabin is located in a quiet area within walking distance of groceries, a sports shop and a restaurant.
Great year-round hiking opportunities. Short distance to groomed skislopes and bike paths.
The space
Cozy and modern cabin with good room solutions and a high technical standard. New fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker etc.
Two bathrooms with underfloor heating. Large hall with underfloor heating and living/living room with lots of daylight and a great view. Large terrace with a nice view.
One bedroom has a double bed, Smart TV and private bathroom/wc.
The master bedroom has its own entrance to the main bathroom with jacuzzi and shower.
It is a very short distance to a grocery store, sports shop, restaurant, fitness center and playground in summer. Free parking for 2 cars. Plowed winter road all the way.
Guest access
The entire cabin as well as parking area for two cars and a large terrace with a view of the lake. In summer, access to a rowing boat located at Sjusjøen (80 meters from the cabin) is available.

All inclusive. Free bed linen and towels available for 6 people during your stay, and normal consumption of electricity, water, firewood, toilet paper and hand soap. No hidden costs.
At the water's edge, 80 meters from the cabin, we have a rowboat available for you to enjoy the summer days with the still waters of Lake Sjusjøen.
There is a rich wildlife in the mountains and if you are lucky you will see squirrels and foxes, in addition to a variety of small birds. There have also been some winters with bright and clear northern lights dancing across the sky. If you are a keen photographer you can contact the host in advance of your stay for arrangements.

Local ski resort with green, blue, red, and black slopes 8 min drive away. 350 kilometers of ski trails in winter.
You will be able to hike in the mountains regardless of skill level and shape. There is something for everyone here.

Family that thrives at the cabin in the heart of Sjusjøen, not far from Lillehammer. Here you will find tranquility and can be active in great nature in summer and winter. The cabins are of high standard.
Our two cabins are located in a quiet area with a short distance to some of Norway's best cross-country ski trails. In summer, it is 80 meters down to a fishing lake and 10 meters to a bicycle and hiking trail.
As a host, we go a long way to make sure you have a good experience of the Norwegian mountain home and the great area on Sjusjøen.
