In the Indre valley, between Tours and Loches, in a quiet and bucolic hamlet by the river, small cottage for 2 people with independent entrance on the ground floor of our art deco villa (we live above), with terrace and garden + heated pool from mid-May to mid-September (shared with the owner with time slots) + TV in the living room / bedroom with Netflix access included.
PS: this furnished apartment is not specifically equipped to accommodate people with disabilities
The space
The cottage is located on the ground floor (with independent entrance overlooking the south garden reserved for you) of the house inhabited by the owners. Access to the property by common gate. Free street parking in front of the house.
No pets allowed.
Ideal for 2 people (23 m2) with a single bed (140 x 190 cm), the size of the cottage is not suitable for couples with babies.
Linens and towels are not provided (dimensions indicated below).
Rental on request to be paid on site in cash (€20).
Cleaning included. However, please empty your garbage cans, clean and put away your dishes, and put back the furniture in its place if moved.

- Living room-kitchen with 2 seater sofa, 1 TV (flat screen wall), kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, 2 vitro plates, toaster, classic coffee maker and Nespresso capsules, microwave grill, cleaning kit and basic products (salt, pepper, coffee filters, oil, vinegar, etc.)
Bedroom:
- 140x190 bed + wardrobe + TV (smart tv wall flat screen with Netflix access included).
- Sheets not provided (bed 140x190, pillows 65x65, duvet 200X200), rental on request

- WC, Italian shower, towel warmer, washing machine and storage closet

Garden & Pool:
- You can enjoy the south facing garden with paved terrace + table and chairs, umbrella + 2 sunbeds + barbecue
- Shared heated pool access with owner with time slot system (see details in our photos), between mid-May and mid-September.

- You can park in the street on the sidewalk across from the house
- Free Wifi + Netflix (TV living room and bedroom)
