The space
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-story building, and ideally accommodates 2 to 4 people (a double bed of 160x200 cm and a sofa bed 140 x200 cm).
LIVING ROOM:
The living room is air-conditioned, bright, and offers you a living area with a comfortable and convertible sofa, as well as a dining area, allowing lunch or dinner for 4, comfortably seated.
The room gives access to a loggia from where you can admire a nice sea view, in a quiet area.
You can also enjoy the best TV packages and Netflix included in the offer, or use this living room to work with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
THE KITCHEN:
The kitchen is modern and functional with a combined fridge-freezer, 3-burner induction cooktop, hood, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Everything you need for cooking is there!
Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster are at your disposal for breakfasts on site.
One coffee capsule and tea bag per person will be offered for your first day of stay.
THE BEDROOM:
Overlooking the interior of the residence, a large double bed (160x200) of quality guarantees you comfortable and peaceful nights.
Double glazing and air conditioning for quiet summer nights.
A large closet, with shelves and clothing rack, will allow you to store all your belongings and belongings.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom consists of a beautiful shower with flat tray, a large vanity unit offering beautiful storage space, a wide mirror and some sets of lights for a chromotherapy effect.
You have at your disposal a washing machine, a towel dryer radiator, a wall-mounted fan and a hairdryer.
All toiletries are provided: towels and bath sheets, soap, shower gel, shampoo.
Thank you in advance for not using these towels at the beach.
To ensure optimal comfort during your stay, we also provide you with:
- Linens for bedding. The beds are made on your arrival (except unopened sofa bed).
- Kitchen towels
- Hand-soap
- tea and coffee
- Cooking kits: oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
For these services, we do not provide renewal during the stay.
We ALWAYS do an in-depth cleaning of the apartment to ensure you comfort and serenity, carried out by a specialized cleaning company.
We thank you in advance for keeping the premises in a perfect state of repair.
The accommodation is non-smoking, no vaping, no parties or overflowing are allowed.
No pets allowed except service dogs.
Check-in is possible from 5 p.m., departures are mandatory before 10 a.m.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request and with an additional charge after having previously checked the schedule of our cleaning teams and the rental schedule of the apartment.

If you are bringing young children or a baby, we can provide you with a baby kit (crib with sheets, changing mat, bathtub, high chair) or specially adapted dishes. You are charged extra for these services and must be checked for availability of amenities.
