The space
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-story building, and ideally accommodates 2 to 4 people (a 160 x 200 cm double bed and a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed).

LIVING ROOM:
The living room is air-conditioned, bright, and offers you a sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a dining area, allowing you to have lunch or dinner for 4, comfortably seated.
The room gives access to a loggia from where you can admire a pretty sea view, in peace.

You can also enjoy the best TV packages and Netflix included in the offer or use this living room to work with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is modern and functional with combined fridge, 3-burner induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Everything you need for cooking is there!
Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available for breakfast on site.
One coffee pod and one tea bag per person will be provided for your first day of stay.

THE BEDROOM:
Overlooking the interior of the residence, a large quality double bed (160 x 200) guarantees you comfortable and peaceful nights.
Double glazing and fan for quiet summer nights.
A large closet, with shelves and a wardrobe, will allow you to store all your belongings and personal effects.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom is composed of a beautiful shower with flat receiver, a large vanity unit offering a nice storage space, a large mirror and some lighting for a chromotherapy effect.
You have at your disposal a washing machine, a towel dryer, hair dryer.
All necessary toiletries are provided: towels and bath towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo.
Thank you in advance for not using these towels at the beach.

In order to ensure optimal comfort during your stay, we also provide:
- Bed sheets. Beds are made upon arrival (except unopened sofa bed).
- Kitchen towels
- hand soap
- tea and coffee
- Kitchen essentials: oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
For these services, we do not provide renewals during your stay.

We SYSTEMATICALLY carry out a thorough cleaning of the apartment to ensure comfort and serenity, carried out by a specialized cleaning company.

Thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition.

The accommodation is non-smoking, no vaping, no parties or gatherings are allowed.
No pets allowed except service dogs.

Check-in is possible from 5 p.m., check-out is mandatory before 10 a.m.

Early check-in or late check-out are possible on request and with a surcharge after having previously checked the schedule of our cleaning teams and the rental schedule of the apartment.
