Welcome to the House "Le Dune Salentine" recently renovated and in continuous maintenance, 155 square meters in the heart of Salento, in San Pietro in Bevagna!

We are located in the Lido Aquarium Residence area. The house is located in a quiet private street, this spacious house is ideal for families or friends who want a relaxing vacation near the sea and all the necessary amenities.

At the entrance you are welcomed by a large outdoor patio, perfect for moments of relaxation or outdoor dinners.

Inside, you will find three bedrooms with 6 beds + 1 crib (two additional single beds can be added for an extra charge), a bright living room, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen where you will find everything you need (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, and a baby feeding set with high chair).

There are 2 bathrooms (one of which is a service), laundry room and second outdoor veranda in the back with shower and washbasin.

The entire environment is air-conditioned.

Large outdoor patio to eat or enjoy relaxing moments on the sun loungers... and for the little ones you will also find a pool with balls!

Social games are also available for guests to have fun together!

The entire 155-square-meter house is available for guests to use. The house is located on the ground floor, on one level (there is only a low step to access the interior).

- Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a non-commercial tourist rental agreement containing the house rules, which must be signed before the start of their stay;

- Upon arrival, each guest will be required to show identity documents to comply with legal obligations that provide for the communication of data to the Police Headquarters of Taranto. In case of lack of presentation of documents, the stay will not be allowed;

- Pets: We love pets and are welcome for us. The important thing is not to let them climb on beds and couch, also ensuring that they do not dirty the house. To ensure that the house is perfectly sanitized for those arriving after you, we charge a small additional fee of €30 for cleaning.

- Bed linens for each bedroom and towels for each guest are available for an additional fee, which is automatically added at the time of booking. There is no change of linens during the stay.

- Parking: Only one parking space is available on the private street, exclusively in front of the property wall. The car must be parked so as not to hinder the passage of other cars or the exit of cars from the gates of the other properties.
Any additional cars must be parked on the main road, off the private street.

- Quiet hours: It is recommended not to produce noise and disturbances that may bother the neighbors of the other properties from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.

I'm Martina, I live in Turin but I have Apulian origins! I go to San Pietro in Bevagna since I was born and even though I have made my house available for a few months, it will always be my corner of paradise where I will always return. I❤️ love animals (I have always had dogs, cats, rabbits) and now I have a wonderful Golden Retriever, 35 kg called Camilla, who is my adventure partner!
