Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Some info has been automatically translated.
Just 15 minutes from Santa Giulia, one of the most beautiful bays in Corsica, the LECCIA ROSSA tourist-furnished accommodation is rated 4 stars. It is located in the heart of the hamlet of Chera, in the municipality of Sotta, equidistant between Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio in a quiet and green environment. The house, with its warm decor, faces south and has two terraces with a great view of the Cagna massif. Our animal friends are allowed as long as they respect the premises.

The space
A very pleasant house to live in, in a peaceful environment, away from the crowds but close to all the activities of the region and especially to the most beautiful beaches of the island (Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, Rondinara...).
Nature lovers will appreciate the green setting of the small hamlet of Chera with its olive trees, cork oaks, friendly locals and tranquility.
The house is fully equipped, with an open kitchen with everything you need, a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, etc. There is a comfortable living-dining room area, TV, 4G box, Netflix, a library with a wide selection of books, and board games. Air conditioning is available in the living area, and quiet ceiling fans are installed in the bedrooms.
Two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
NB: We inform you that as everywhere in Corsica in small villages, animals ( dogs, cats, sometimes goats ) live in the wild and can come and visit you. They are peaceful but don't feed them because they could taste it.

Other things to note
- We must inform you that, as in all small villages in Corsica, animals (dogs, cats) roam freely and may sometimes pay you a little visit. They are peaceful but don't feed them because they could taste it.
- Regarding the Airbnb fees, these are now paid only by the renter (15.5% of the amount), which explains the adjustment of the rates since the implementation of this new rule in July 2026.
