Nestled in the heart of nature by the water, our tree house offers you a real cozy nest away from the daily hustle and bustle. Ideal for walks, total rest and reconnection to oneself and nature. Directly at the foot of the cabin, you can take kilometers of walks in the heart of nature, meet animals, wonderful landscapes and also see many tourist sites.

The space
Fisherman's cabin renovated by us and located in a nature reserve. We put all our love into it to offer you a cozy nest in a totally unusual natural setting.
The cabin is 25 m² in the middle of nature among the trees and with only birds and other small animals as friends 🦢🐿
You will have a living room: bed, kitchen (with two burners, a fridge, a combined microwave oven, an Italian coffee maker, a kettle, and all the basic necessities), dining and relaxation area and a second room with shower, sink and dry toilet to respect the environment (shower gel/shampoo and toilet paper).

To get to the listing, scan the QR code on our welcome folder. Indeed, our unusual accommodation is not easy to access because it is truly nestled in the heart of nature.
Other things to note
Our rural cottage is accessible via a small dirt road, there is a distance of 300 m between the parking lot and the tree house to walk through nature before discovering your little piece of heaven. Remember to take your backpack and travel light :) Sometimes it will even be useful to take your boots to take the small path, if necessary, we will let you know. A touch of adventure before discovering your little cocoon of sweetness.
‼ ️For your stay, don't forget your linens and towels.
This is a truly immersive experience in the heart of a wooded and flowery area along the water, away from the daily stress where you will be reconnected to what nature can bring us most beautiful... for walks, bring suitable shoes and do not be surprised to have beautiful encounters with the Canadians (squirrel, fox, frogs, turtles, swans, etc. are everywhere and sometimes even in the garden).
So let yourself be enchanted day and night by the sounds of wildlife which are just a pure wonder🦉🐦🕊.
What is ultimately surprising about the Canadi is finding such an exceptional place, both totally isolated and at the same time so close to everything (Brussels, Mons, Charleroi and Nivelles).
Indeed, in the heart of Hainaut, the cottage is located 9 km from Nivelles, 16 km from Soignies and 36 km from Brussels and Mons (direct access to the highway).
The Inclined Plane of Ronquières is only 2.5 km from the cottage, the Trou de la Rocq is only 2 km away as is the village of barges. In addition, from the cottage there are nearly 40 km of walks on foot or by bike that are available in the heart of nature along the water.
Château de Seneffe and its majestic park are 12 km away and Château fort de Feluy is only 5 km away.
The Strépy-Thieu Lifts as well as those of the former Canal du Centre are located 20 km away: electric boat rentals without a license are possible for a romantic ride along the Canal du Centre (website 'canalducentre' to book online).
Nivelles, 9 km away (10 min drive) offers you plenty of opportunities for city outings if you are staying for a long time: restaurants, shopping, Grand Place, Collegiate Church of St. Gertrude classified as Exceptional Heritage of Wallonia), market on the Grand Place on Saturday morning, etc. And if you'd like to experience the city in a fun way while strolling, download the Totemus treasure hunt.
You also have two marinas nearby, Ittre and Seneffe (Royal Snef Yachting) which regularly organize nautical activities by reservation. Ittre is only 10 minutes from the cottage.
From the Canadi it is therefore possible to disconnect completely, and to connect to nature 🌿🍃as well as to do a thousand and one activities in the surroundings.
The nearest airport, Charleroi-Brussels-South, is 30 km away.
