Other things to note
Once the validation of your reservation is made by our team, we will send you a few hours before your arrival, instructions to retrieve the keys to the apartment. Arrivals and departures are autonomous with a key box.
Check-in times are only from 1:00 p.m. and check-out times are always before 9:00 a.m.
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed inside the apartment and we have a zero tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams discover any trace or residue (smell, burns, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to require a fine of at least €300.
Thank you for keeping the space clean during your stay. Cleaning fees include the services of a specific cleaning team for short-term rentals.
In addition, these fees cover transportation and cleaning.
