Welcome to SLEEPWAY, your short-term rental in Lorient.
I invite you to discover this beautiful apartment recently and completely renovated located in the city of 5 ports.
Located in the vibrant KEROMAN district, 5 minutes from downtown Lorient, it will suit you in every way if you are alone, as a couple or with family.

The space
It is located in a small collective of 4 apartments, on the 3rd and top floor without elevator access.

The living rooms are SOUTH-SOUTH/WEST facing. This gives it a beautiful long and warm sunshine (you can almost tan there!), with a lovely view of the bay and the port of Lorient.

You will have a space of 54 m² which includes:

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a dressing room, a full-length mirror.
You will also find some books for children/teens (I can provide school books for unruly children, it calms them down!).

- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, a dressing room, a full-length mirror, and also some books.

- Linens are provided (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, washcloths).

- 1 bathroom with large 90*90 shower for moments for two (band of little rascals), bath mat, large sink, valet, hair dryer (if you're bald like me, it suits me, I'll save money), box of tissues, first aid kit (for daredevil children).

- a kitchen area with table top fridge, microwave/grill oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, kettle (coffee and tea provided), a dishwasher and a washing machine are available to the tenant (tablets and laundry provided).

- In the living room area, you will find a 3-seater sofa as well as an armchair to watch HD TV or to read your favorite books and magazines.
Of course, the accommodation has a Wi-Fi internet connection.
I provide a portable Bluetooth speaker for music lovers.
I also provide a mini SNES console (for the nostalgic).

The apartment has a half landing on which the bathrooms are located (therefore there is a staircase of 8 steps to access it). There is also ample storage space where you can store your luggage or any other bulky items (but no, not the mother-in-law!).

If you arrive by car, you can park in the free parking spaces that are available in front of the building. It's easy to find a place nearby.
If you arrive by public transit, a bus stop is a few meters from the building.

Other things to note
Cleaning and bed linen are included in the price.
However, you will need to:
- Gather the bed sheets, pillow covers and bath towels at the foot of the beds.
- Take out the garbage in the containers at the entrance to the building.
- Put away the kitchen and dishes.
- Vacuuming would be appreciated.

No mopping or cleaning the bathrooms.

You are here as if you were at home: respect the furniture, utensils, appliances and linen at your disposal as you would at home.

The apartment is quiet (double glazing everywhere) and in the interest of good neighborliness with the condominium, guests are asked not to party in the apartment (unless you invite me of course!).
