LUXURIOUS COTTAGE THAT CAN ACCOMMODATE 15 ADULTS + 2 CHILDREN

1) THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE COTTAGE
Upon entering the property, you will be immediately charmed by the elegance and unique character typical of Scandinavian cottages.

Built for comfort, it will charm you with its architecture, cathedral ceilings and windows. From large rooms for exchanges and gatherings with friends to small details that will surely appeal to children, everything has been designed with the well-being of our guests in mind.

2) BROMONT MOUNTAIN NEARBY
In summer, it is a water park offering 25 water and land activities, including a heated wave pool of nearly 24,000 square feet, raft descents, miles of slides and thrilling mountain sleds.

From May to October, the site offers the largest mountain biking area in eastern Canada with 19 downhill tracks of all calibers, a permanent 4-cross course and one of the most beautiful "bike parks" in Quebec.

Ski Bromont is THE largest illuminated ski area in America, with 450 acres of ski terrain, 155 runs and glades spread over 7 slopes, 9 ski lifts, more than 1200 snow cannons and guaranteed conditions, day and night.

Back from a busy day outdoors, what could be better than being able to relax with a nice hot tub with friends and family? The benefits of our spa will be immediately felt on your body.

To end the evening, we go inside in front of a comforting propane fireplace. Accompanied by a glass of wine, it's the perfect match for absolute relaxation.

Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting our cottage:

1- NO PARTIES
With good neighborliness as a priority, we recommend that the party group refrain. Evictions and fines will apply if necessary.

2- NO ANIMALS
For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed on the property due to severe allergies.

3- CHECK-IN: AFTER 4 P.M. / CHECK-OUT: BEFORE 10 A.M.
As we allow check-ins for 4pm, checkouts must be done by 10am. We need to give the entire 6 hours to the maintenance team to properly prepare the place between stays.
