This house is the perfect location - quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, and stores.
The space
This home has an open floor plan; kitchen, family & dining room on the main level. In addition, there are four nicely sized bedrooms, and three full baths, one on each level. In the quiet cove, you can enjoy an afternoon paddle using our paddle boards, kayaks, peddleboat, and kayak.
KITCHEN - The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook for your family including stainless steel pots and pans, cast iron skillet, baking sheets, casserole dishes, and much more! Also, everything you need to serve the meal is provided (plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, silverware, etc.) A stand alone ice maker has recently been installed. There is an eight-person dining table with two additional barstools or utilize our deck with a dining table and chairs.
FAMILY ROOM - The family room has a wood burning fireplace with a large reclining couch and love seat. The large TV comes with a firestick with access to YouTube TV (live TV and recordings). You can also log into your streaming services. Enjoy the board games and puzzles located in the cabinet under the stairs.
Also, on the main level, you will have a recently remodeled full bath, a bedroom with king size bed, and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is highchair located in the closet. The doors from family room/dining area open to large deck with cornhole boards, glass top outdoor table and chairs and wrap around wooden seating.
2nd floor:
The open loft area upstairs overlooks the family area. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The primary bedroom has a king bed and smart TV and access to the full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, and can access the bathroom through a hall door. The full bathroom is newly updated with a large soaking tub/shower combo, vanity, and private toilet area with a bidet.
LOWER LEVEL - Head downstairs to enjoy the recreation area with foosball and ping pong in the unfinished basement. Or enjoy the smart TV, sitting area, and dry bar in the finished basement. On that same level there is an oversized bedroom with two queen beds and full bath.
OUTSIDE - Large dock with shade and sun! Enjoy the 2nd level sun deck with incredible main lake views. Private dock is ready for fun with plenty of deck chairs and shade. Things to do in the area (other than enjoy the beautiful lake):

- visit the Bigfoot museum (one room museum) in Littleton
- Lake Gaston coffee & cafe: one of my favorite local spots in
