A clean kitchen on the 2nd floor and a dirty kitchen on the ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen with basic kitchenware and tools, and a 12-seater dining table.

Guest access
The entire villa is private and only yours to use.

You have access to all amenities inside the villa - the outdoor and indoor recreational spaces, the infinity pool with jacuzzi and kiddie pool, all game areas, and the balconies. The half-court basketball area, billiard table, table tennis, and karaoke lounge are all exclusively available for guests to use

Other things to note
Pool Guidelines
- The pool is 4ft-5ft deep max. Standard temperature is warm/hot. Request for cold water must be advised prior check-in as water temperature will take time to adjust.
- Children below 12y/o must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Please shower before entering the pool.
- No diving, rough play, or running around the perimeter of the pool—safety first!
- No food, drinks, or glass containers in or near the pool. Please leave it clean all the times.
- No footwear inside the pool. However please put your footwear immediately after use of pool, since the floor is very slippery when wet.
- The pool is open 24hrs, please be mindful of the volume to be considerate to our neighbors.
- The Management shall not be held liable for injuries or damages of the guests.

Don't forget to bring necessities. Listing some below:
- Toiletries and towels.
- Disposables, for less dishwashing.
- Ice.
- Charcoal.
- For large gatherings: Food containers for excess food & trash bags for cleanup.
- Thick blankets if needed. We only provide flat sheets.
