On the ground floor of a building facing the ocean, come and enjoy this apartment with a living room bathed in light giving access to a garden and terrace, allowing you to relax to the sound of the waves!

The living room has a kitchen area (hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge, toaster, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker) with dining area, and seating area with sofa, coffee table and TV.

The bedroom offers you a 160 x 200 cm bed and a storage closet.

A separate shower room and toilet complete this beautiful apartment.

Parking is reserved for you in the private parking lot.
