How to Book (Small or Large Groups)
1–10 guests
Our default rate covers up to 10 guests. You pay the full 10-guest price even if fewer people come (no refunds for lower occupancy).
11–16 guests
Extra guests are charged per person per night.
Select your dates and exact group size in the calendar — the total updates live and automatically (includes taxes, cleaning fee, extras, and discounts).
For groups larger than 16
Airbnb only allows bookings up to 16 guests.
• Book for 16 guests first on Airbnb.
• Message us your final headcount at least 8 days before arrival.
• We’ll confirm availability and the exact extra fee. We will adjust it fairly through Airbnb (via trip change or Resolution Center). If needed, we can discuss other mutually agreeable options.
Extra Guest Fee (per person per night, after 10 guests):
• 11–20 guests: 80,000 COP (~$20 USD)
• 21–30 guests: 75,000 COP (~$19 USD)
• 31–40 guests: 70,000 COP (~$19 USD)
• 41–50 guests: 65,000 COP (~$18 USD)

How to Select the Correct Number of Guests
When booking, many guests miss the guest selector and end up with the default of 1 guest. Here’s exactly how to set the right numbers:
1) On the booking page, look for the GUESTS box (it usually shows something like “1 guest” by default).
2) Click or tap on the Guests box — specifically on the small arrow (↓) on the right side. This expands the selector so you can adjust the counts.
3) Use the + and – buttons to set:
• Adults (Age 13+)
• Children (Ages 2–12)
• Infants (Under 2)
• Pets (including service animals)
4) Once everything looks correct, click Close at the bottom of the selector. The total price will update automatically based on your guest count.

• The price shown in the calendar = your final total.
• Minimum stay: 1 night (3–4 nights on peak weekends & holidays).
• Long-stay discounts are automatically applied (better rates at 7+ and 14+ nights).
• Larger groups get lower per-person rates thanks to our dorm rooms.
