How to Book (Small or Large Groups)
1–10 guests
Our default rate covers up to 10 guests. You pay the full 10-guest price even if fewer people come (no refunds for lower occupancy).
11–16 guests
Extra guests are charged per person per night.
Select your dates and exact group size in the calendar — the total updates live and automatically (includes taxes, cleaning fee, extras, and discounts).
For groups larger than 16
Airbnb only allows bookings up to 16 guests.
• Book for 16 first on Airbnb.
• Message us your final headcount at least 8 days before arrival.
• We’ll confirm availability and send the extra-guest adjustment through Airbnb (trip change or Resolution Center). No off-platform payments.
Extra guests after 16:
The Airbnb booking covers 16 guests. People 11–16 are already included in that booking price.
Each additional person from 17 onward is charged a per-person, per-night fee. Larger groups get a volume discount of 5,000 COP per person per night for each bracket:
• 17–20 guests → full extra-guest rate
• 21–30 guests → 5,000 COP less
• 31–40 guests → 10,000 COP less
• 41–50 guests → 15,000 COP less
The exact peso amount follows the extra-guest fee currently set on the listing. We apply this formula once you send the final headcount.
