This 2-room apartment of 35 m² including 1 bedroom, carefully renovated and tastefully decorated, combines Mediterranean elegance and modern comfort. Every detail has been designed to make you immediately feel good, like in a refined and welcoming cocoon.

A bright space where natural clarity floods the room. The sofa converts to a comfortable 140x200 convertible bed, ideal for 2 extra guests. Settle in for a cozy moment in front of the Smart TV (Netflix, Prime, Disney+, international channels) or connect to high-speed wifi to share your best photos.
🍽 The kitchen
Open and refined, it is equipped with a SMEG kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. Make an aperitif as a couple or with friends, or a gourmet breakfast with the fresh pastries of the bakery located at the foot of the building. Essential products available: Provencal olive oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea.

Quiet, air-conditioned and elegant, it promises restful nights in a Bultex queen-size bed, dressed in Linvosges hotel linens. A functional dressing room and a cozy office area complete the space, ideal for working remotely between appointments.
