The space
Newly renovated with warm modern touches. Look no further! This 1,300 sq ft 3 bedrooom, 2 bathroom condo offers all the space and amenities to make you feel at home and comfortable during your stay. The unit is air conditioned throughout the dining room, living room as well as all three bedrooms. There are also ceiling fans to keep the air circulating.
The living area has a large comfortable couch, 65 inch ROKU TV, WiFi throughout making for a perfect space to gather at the end of a day of exploring.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need to cook meals including, oil, basic spices and coffee. Off the kitchen also has bartop with 3 stools and a dining table that comfortable seats 6 people.
Master bedroom is large, has a king bed, walk in closet and ensuite full bathroom with vanity, walk in tiled shower and toilet.
The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, full closet, night stand and luggage rack.
The third bedroom is set up with a queen bed, and a twin trundle that pulls out. Perfect for a third couple or children. In this room we have a 36 in ROKU TV, and a bookshelf with various board games as well as some local musical instruments.
Off the kitchen is an in unit washer and dryer for your use, we ask you do small loads, and shake off any excess sand before entering the unit. Beach gear can also be found. Various beach chairs, beach towels, blanket, kids sand toys, paddle ball, rolling cooler and cart are there for your use as well so you can pack a little lighter.
The second bathroom is also a full bathroom with a shower and tub combo. All of our bedrooms and bathrooms have essentials such as linens, towels, paper goods, and soap/shampoo/conditioner for you as well.
The space sleeps up to 6 adults, but 7 total using the trundle for a child. We can also accomodate additionally an infant and put out a high chair and pack n’ play. Please inquire with any questions and confirm at booking should you need one.
This is not a party house. There is also no smoking of any kind in the unit. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am
Only people on the reservation are allowed at the condo at all times.

Please understand, this is someones home they offer for guests. We try to be as transparent as possible. Please research the area, beaches, things to do and surrounding areas. You are visiting a remote island. We can not control, water pressure, electricity outages, shortages, flooding, storms, internet, cell service or anything related to storms and island life. We keep our guests informed as best as possible during these times. We ask you to review us on our property and our listing and not circumstances out of our control. Other things to note
Please know you are traveling to a very beautiful remote island. With that at times comes power outages, not so hot water as accustomed to in the States or other countries, spotty WiFi at times and mediocre cell service depending on your ventures. You'll also hear the morning roosters singing away and the local Coqui frog chirping at night. Usually these things are not to be too concerned with and part of the charm of being on this beautiful island of Puerto Rico.
Please note our check in as stated at 4:00pm and 10:00am check out. We offer same day turnover to keep our rates affordable.
