The unit is contemporary, trendy, and well maintained. It is situated in a gated community with 24/7 security. Pool access outside of patio no stairs, ramps, or elevators. Beach access located steps from patio entrance. All bedrooms have air conditioners and ceiling fans. Living room area has air conditioner and ceiling fan. Kitchen and bathrooms have ceiling fans.

After we register your rental with the Administration, you will receive an email from Isabela Beach Court with their rules. That list only covers some of the rules that apply to this rental. ISABELA BEACH COURT is a residential community, not a hotel. Residents live here with families and their life consist of maintaining, loving, and sharing the beauty of this place.
WE ASK THAT YOU:

NOTE:
Unruly or rude behavior with staff or guards will not be tolerated and could lead to fines.
FINES:
Violations of these rules will result in warnings or fines, up to $200 for each violation. We will collect the security deposit or file a case through the rental platform to manage applicable penalties during your stay.
Beach life:
Living on the beach is a beautiful experience, different from what you can find in the countryside or city. This property is located on the Northwest Coast of the Island of Puerto Rico. There is a constant breeze that comes from the ocean to the land at speeds of 10-20 miles per hour. This breeze contains a high concentration of salt and fine sand. As a result of these weather conditions, you can expect to find sticky surfaces, slippery floors, stained window glass, traces of moisture or salt in the fans or air conditioners, and any other slippery or moist surfaces. Traces of rust in appliances and other metal components are also typical. We clean this property after check-out. We also do a quick inspection and retouch surfaces if needed before guests arrive; however, it is impossible to maintain the areas spotless because of the weather conditions.
Note about bugs:
Puerto Rico is a tropical island with a diversity of bugs. A certified exterminator services our unit once a month. There is a possibility that you will come across bugs, especially at night. Changes in the weather, like rain or temperature, can also make bugs enter the unit. We advise that you do not leave food unprotected and dispose of trash regularly.
Swimming Pools:
Your rental does not guarantee the use of the swimming pools. The pools are often open during pool hours (7:00AM – 9:00PM), but sometimes it needs additional maintenance. If the pools are closed during these hours, please be kind to the condominium’s staff. You may ask them when it will reopen, and they’ll provide any available information. There will be no discount if you cannot use the pools during your stay.
Electricity:
Puerto Rico experiences power outages at times. There are moments during your stay when the electricity may go out. Due to the way the complex was constructed you may experience partial loss of power. Please be patient as the power usually comes back on within minutes or a couple of hours.
If the power is out for a duration of time. There are instructions in the handbook on how to access the generator located by the elevator. This will assist in having some electricity to help with basic needs.
We kindly request that you take care of the unit and be respectful to the community, owners, and future guests. The unit is inspected before guests arrive and after they leave. We understand the difference between normal wear and tear and property damage, misuse, and abuse.
Makeup stains or any other permanent stains are not considered normal wear and tear. We will charge the guests the replacement cost of damaged or missing goods such as towels, furniture, decoration, kitchenware, or any other lost or damaged items.
